       Perches and running North eighty Degrees East three hundred and ninety eight Perches
       till it intersects the North fifty Degrees West two hundred and fifty nine Perches Line (being
       the three hundred and sixteenth Line) fifty four perches from the Beginning of said Line
       and running thence to the End of that Line North fifty Degrees West two hundred and five
       Perches and still with the Lines of the whole Tract North eighty one Degrees West forty eight
       Perches North forty nine Degrees West forty one Perches North Sixty six Degrees West thirty
       Perches South thirty nine Degrees West ninety two Perches North seven Degrees West one
       hundred and twenty Perches South eighty five Degrees West thirty two Perches North forty
       Degrees East Sixty perches and thence North fifty Degrees and three Quarters West two
       hundred and four Perches untill it intersects the Line of that Part of Caladonia sold to
       George Ogg and running with those Lines untill it intersects the one hundred and ninety second
       Line being South twenty four Degrees East thirty four Perches of the whole Tract and still
       with the Lines of the whole Tract South thirteen and an half Degrees East two hundred and eight
       Perches South twelve Degrees West thirty Perches and thence to the Begining and beginning
       for the fourth Part of said Lot at the end of the one hundred and ninety ninth Course of
       the whole Tract being the South forty eight Degrees West thirty eight Perches Line and runs
       South twenty eight Degrees West two hundred and fifty five perches South sixty seven Degrees  
       West eighty Perches North sixty nine Degrees West eighty Perches North eighty Degrees
       West one hundred and seventy four Perches South thirty six Degrees West one hundred
       and fifty six Perches South thirty nine Degrees East one hundred and seventy two perches
       South fifty Degrees East fifty four Perches North eighty six Degrees East one hundred
       and two perches North twelve Degrees East one hundred and forty Perches South forty eight
       Degrees East forty perches south sixty nine Degrees East fifty eight Perches North North East
       forty perches North sixty three Degrees East two hundred Perches North thirty Degrees East
       forty Perches North eighty five Degrees East twenty perches and then by a streight Line to
       the Beginning containing in the said Several Parcels of the said Tract called Caledonia the Quantity
       of two thousand six hundred and thirty Acres more or less and making together with the
       two first mentioned Tracts the Quantity of two thousand seven hundred and five Acres of Land
       together with all and singular the Rights, Liberties, Privileges, Commodities, Advantages,
       Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of
       the said Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby granted and released or mentioned or intended
       so to be and of every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Use, Trust
       Property, Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said James Dick William Lyon and
       William Lux or either of them of in and to the same and every Part and Parcel thereof to have
