393 Ex.d Maryland fs This Indenture made the third Day of October in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and seventy two Between Charles Graham of Calvert County Merchant William Lyon of Baltimore County practitioner of physick and William Lux of Baltimore County Merchant of the one part and James Dick of Ann Arundel County Merchant of the other part Whereas the said James Dick William Lyon William Lux and Charles Graham are seized in fee of and in one Tract or parcel of Land Called Johns Pleasant Meadow Containing fifty acres one other Tract called Williams Delight containing twenty five Acres and also of and in One Thousand seven hundred and forty Nine Acres part of a Tract of Land called Caledonia which Tract originally contained Eleven Thousand six hundred and thirty Eight Acres of which Eight Hundred and Eighty nine Acres hath been heretofore sold by the parties to these presents all situate lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid And Whereas the said parties have agree to divide the said Land into parts to be distributed and held by them each his part thereof to him his Heirs and Assigns for ever in severalty And have in pursuance thereof actually divided the said Land into four Lots or Divisions each Lot or Division consisting of four parts or parcels of the said Land Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Charles Graham William Lyon and William Lux for and towards the fullfilling and Confirming the premisses and in Consideration of the Sum of five shillings sterling to them by the said James Dick in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the Receit whereof is hereby Acknowledged and the said James Dick thereof Acquitted and Discharged Have and each of them hath granted confirmed remised released and for ever quit claim And by these Presents Do and each of them Doth grant confirm remise release and for ever quit claim unto the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns All that piece or parcel of Land being part of the Tract of Land called Caledonia being the Lot or Division of the said James Dick Beginning at the end of the one hundred and ninety five Course of the whole Tract being south forty Degrees East one hundred and ninety six perches and runs with the out lines south four Degrees East thirty four perches south Fifty two and a half Degrees west one hundred and forty perches south seven Degrees west fifty four perches South forty Eight Degrees West thirty Eight perches and then south sixteen Degrees East Two hundred and forty one perches until it intersects the North Eighty five Degrees East seventy six perches of the whole Tract (being the the Two hundred and fourteenth Course) Twenty perches from the Beginning and thence with the said Line fifty six perches to the end thereof and still with the outlines of the whole Tract North Thirty one Degrees East fifty two Perches North fifty one Degrees East fifty four perches South seventy five Degrees East twenty six perches North Ten Degrees East Ninety six perches North twenty five Degrees East sixty six perches North Forty Eight Degrees East sixty five perches East South East One hundred and sixty perches South Fifty three Degrees East forty Perches South Forty one |
