377 being the same Land which was heretofore granted to one Henry Culver in Fee and afterwards devised by Henry Culver to his Daughter Mary Culver in Tail together with all and singular the Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings Gardens Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities privileges and Appurtenances to the same Tract or Parcell of Land belonging or appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and of every part and parcell thereof and also all the Estate Right Title and Interest of the said Thomas King of and to the same and every part and parcell thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land and every part and parcell to the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Henry Boone his Heirs and Assigns forever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and delivered his in the presence of us Thomas + King (Seal) Ja.s Earle Mark Zacharias Campbell The aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed Vizt Received on the Day and Year first within of and from the within named Henry Boone the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration within mentioned to be by him paid to me Witness his Ja.s Earle Thomas + King Mark On the day and Year first within written came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial Court the within named Thomas King and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Henry Boone his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same Writing and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided before 5 sides W.m Hayward Recorded the 25.th Day of September 1772 Ex.d This Indenture made this twenty fifth Day of September in the Year seventeen hundred and seventy two Between John Rogers of the first part Henry Boone of Prince Georges County Planter of the second part and William King of the County aforesaid Planter of the (third) |
