       Lordships Justices of the peace for Charles County the within named Henry Coffer and
       Jane Clements and did severally acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be their
       respective Act and Deed and the Lands and Appurtenances within mentioned to be the Right
       and Estate of the within named Robert Lawson his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the
       true Intent and Meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and
       provided and the same Day came Mary Coffer the Wife of the said Henry Coffer and acknowledged
       her Right of Dower which he hath or may have or claim in and to the said Lands and
       Premisses to be the Right and Property of the said Robert Lawson his Heirs and Assigns
       the said Mary being by us examined privately out of the Hearing of her said Husband
       she declared she made her said Acknowledgment of the same willingly and freely and
       without being induced thereto by Fear or Threats of or ill Usage by her Husband or

       This Indenture made this first Day of September in the Year seventeen hundred
       and seventy two  Between Thomas King of Prince Georges County Planter of the one
       Part and Henry Boone of the same County Planter of the other Part  Witnesseth
       that the said Thomas King for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling
       Money to him in Hand paid by the said Henry Boone at or before the Ensealing and Delivery
       hereof the Receipt whereof the said Thomas King doth hereby acknowledge and
       therefrom acquit and discharge the said Henry boone his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       and every of them by these presents Hath bargained sold aliened released
       and confirmed and by these presents Doth bargain sell alien release and confirm
       unto the said Henry Boone his Heirs and Assigns all that Tract or parcell
       of Land called Good for little otherwise called Littleworth lying and being
       in Prince Georges County aforesaid and containing one hundred and eighty eight Acres
