       seventeen hundred and seventy two  Between Edward Daugherty of Cecil County
       and Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and John Bolton of Kent County
       and Province aforesaid Merchant of the other Part  Whereas George Talbot Esquire of the
       Kingdom of Ireland on the eleventh Day of June in the Year of our Lord Sixteen hundred
       and eighty seven by his Deed of Bargain and Sale did grant bargain and sell unto
       a certain Hugh Reyly all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Cavan Situate lying
       and being on North East River alias Shannon River in New Connought alias Susquehanna
       Manor vulgarly called Talbot's Manor and in the County of Cecil and
       Province of Maryland  Beginning at a Post or Stake in the Mouth of a muddy ^Gut^ where
