       on or before the first Day of June next ensuing the Date before mentioned then this
       Obligation to be void or else to remain in full Force and Virtue

       To all to whom these Presents shall come, We Robert Davis, Richard Shipley, Adam Shipley
       John Hood, John Dorsey and Charles Ridgely (Son of W.m) of Ann Arundel County Send Greeting
5 sides                  Whereas there are divers Controversies and Disputes have lately arisen between
       Ephraim Howard of Anne Arundel County in the Province of Maryland of the one Part
       and Charles Hammond of the said County & Province of the other Part         And Whereas
       for the putting an End to the said Differences and Disputes they the said Ephraim Howard
       and Charles Hammond by their several Bonds or Obligations bearing Date the thirteenth Day of
       May one thousand seven hundred and seventy two are reciprocally bound each to the other in the
       penal Sum of three hundred Pounds Current Money to stand to, abide, perform and keep the
       Award, Order and final Determination of Samuel Snowden, John Dorsey, Richard Shipley, John
       Hood, Robert Davis, Adam Shipley, Basil Burgess, William Coale, and Charles Ridgely (Son of W.m)
       or any five of them indifferently chosen between the said Parties to arbitrate, award, order judge
       and determine of and concerning the Lines of a Tract of Land called Talbots Resolution Manor between
       the said Parties and to fix a Boundary where it appears that the South East Line of
       the said tract shall or may extend so as the said Award be made in Writing under our Hands and
       Seals and and ready to be delivered to the said Parties in Difference on or before the first Day of
