332 North sixty six Degrees & thirty Minutes East eighteen Perches North fifty six Degrees East fifty Perches North twelve Degrees West ten Perches and then with a streight Line to the place of Begining aforesaid containing thirty seven Acres more or less also all that Part of a Tract of Land called New Switzerland Resurveyed lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid and joining to the aforesaid Parcel of Land which is contained within the following Metes and Bounds Courses & Distances Viz.t Begining at the Begining Tree of a Tract of Land called Big Meadow and runing thence South thirty one Degrees East eighty Perches South Sixty Degrees West Seventy Seven Perches South forty Degrees East twelve Perches North ^North^ seventy nine Degrees East eighteen Perches unto the North East Line of the said Land called New Switzerland resurveyed then bounding on said Line North East sixty Perches to the End thereof then North thirty Perches North forty three Degrees West fifty six Perches and then with a streight Line to the Begining containing nine Acres and a half more or less Together with all Rights Profits Benefits Priviledges and Advantages Premisses and Appurtenances to the said bargained Parcels of Land belonging or in anywise appertaining to have and to hold the said bargained Parcels of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances and every Part and Parcel thereof unto the said Christian Bower his Heirs and Assigns forever and to his and their only proper Use & Behoofe and the said Ulrick Ekler and Jacob Ekler for themselves and their Heirs doth hereby covenant & grant promise & agree to and with the said Christian Bower his Heirs and Assigns that they the said Ulrick Ekler and Jacob Ekler and their Heirs shall and will warrant and defend the said bargained Parcels of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and every Part and Parcel thereof unto the said Christian Bower his Heirs and Assigns forever against all Manner of Person or Persons lawfully claiming or which may hereafter lawfully claim from by or under them the said Ulrick Ekler & Jacob Ekler or their Heirs or by their Means or Procurement In Witness whereof the said Ulrick Ekler and Jacob Ekler hath hereunto Set their Hands and Seals the Day & Year above written Signed sealed and delivered Ŭllriy Eglnr (seal) in Presence of his R Richards Jacob I E Elker (seal) Nicholas Richards Mark On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz Received of Christian Bower one hundred Pounds Current Money being the Consideration within mentioned as Witness our Hand Test.s Ŭlriy Eglnr R Richards his Jacob I E Ekler Mark |
