312 the said John Hall for himself and his Heirs and the said Benjamin Rumsey for himself and his Heirs that the said Recovery shall be had and suffered as afores.d before the End of next April Provincial Term and that the said Recovery so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had or suffered of the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses above mentioned and the Execution thereon shall be deemed adjudged and taken and is meant and intended and by these Presents is hereby declared to be and enure and the said Benjamin Rumsey and his Heirs from and immediately after suffering the same and the Execution thereof had and made shall stand and be seised of all and singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses aforesaid and every Part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances to and for the only proper Use Benefit and Behoof of the said John Hall his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for none other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written Sealed and delivered In the presence of John Hall of C.ry (LS) Aquila Hall James Hall Recorded the 28.th Day of April 1772 x.d This Indenture made the twenty ninth Day of April in the Year seventeen hundred and seventy two by and between John Hall Esquire of the City of Annapolis of the one Part and Robert sides Goldsborough of Dorchester County Attorney at Law of the other Part Whereas at a provincial Court begun and held at the City of Annapolis the second Tuesday of this present Instant April in the Year af.d the afd John Hall by a Writ of Entry sur desseisin en le post did demand against the afd Robert Goldsborough all that Tract of Plantable Land called Horne lying in Dorchester County afd containing one Thousand and twenty Acres of Land with the Appurtenances and also all that other Tract of plantable Land called Steven's Regulation of John's Creek and Willoughbys Neglect lying also on the same County and adjoining to the aforesaid Tract of Land called Horne containing two Hundred and forty six Acres of Land with the Appurtenances to which said Writ the said Robert Goldsborough did appear in his proper person and did vouch to Warranty the common Vouchee who also appeared in his proper person and entered into Warranty of the Lands and Premisses afd with the Appurtenances and afterwards made Default Whereby a good and perfect Common Recovery of the Lands and Premisses afd was had and perfected as by the Record and Proceedings thereof now remaining in the Provincial Court of this province may more fully and at large appear Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said john Hall for and Consideration of the Sum of five shillings current Money to him in Hand paid by the said Robert Goldsborough at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof doth acquit and discharge the said Robert his Heirs Executors and Administrators forever by these presents hath given granted conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant convey and confirm unto the said Robert Goldsborough his Heirs and Assigns forever to his and (their) |
