       and the other Lines of the said whole Tract in Succession to the End of the said forty first Line the following
       Courses and Distances to Wit South eleven Degrees East forty Perches East sixty Perches South seventy five
       Degrees East twenty Perches South fifty two Degrees and an half Degree East one hundred Perches South
       five Degrees and an half Degree West fifty two Perches South sixty three Degrees East fourteen Perches South
       nine Degrees East fourteen Perches South sixty Degrees East one hundred and eighty Perches, Together with all
       Houses Buildings, Gardens, Orchards, Ways, Woods, Under Woods Waters, Water Courses, Commodities
       Priviledges, Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever on the said one hundred and ninety three Acres of
       Land being to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining  And the Revertion and Revertions Remainder
       and Remainder, Rents, Issues, and Profits thereof, and of every Part and Parcel thereof  And all the Estate
       Right, Title, Interest Use, Trust Property Possession, Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Thomas
       Johnson of in and to the same  To have and to hold the same to him the said Nathan Hammond his
       Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Nathan Hammond his Heirs and
       Assigns forever and to or for no other Use, Intent or Purpose whatsoever  And the said Thomas Johnson Jun.r for
       himself his Heirs, Exers and Adm.rs doth hereby covenant and grant to and with the said Nathan Hammond
       his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Thomas Johnson Jun.r and his Heirs the said one hundred and ninety three
       Acres of Land with their Appurtenances to him the said Nathan Hammond his Heirs and Assigns from and
       against him the said the said Thomas Johnson Jun.r and his Heirs and all Persons claiming by from or under
       him them or any of them shall and will warrant and forever defend  In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above
       written

       Received on the Day and Year first within written of and from the within named Nathan Hammond the Sum of one
       hundred and eighty seven Pounds Pensylvania Currency being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be
       by him paid to me                                                            I sat rece'd by

       On the thirteenth Day of January 1772 Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for
       for Ann Arundel County the within named Thomas Johnson Jun.r and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing
       to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Appurtenances within mentioned to be conveyed to be the Right and Estate
       of the within named Nathan Hammond his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and Meaning
       of the within Deed      And on the same Day and Year came also before us (Ann the Wife of the said Thomas
       Johnson Jun.r who being by us seperately examined apart from and out of the Hearing of her said Husband
