       thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaing and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder or
       Remainders Right Estate Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Isaac Simmons of in and
       to all and singular the Premises to have and to hold the said one hundred and three Acres and three
       Quarters of an Acre of Land and all and singular the Premises with the Appurtenances herein before mentioned
       and intended to be hereby granted unto the said John Shekell his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper
       Use and Behoof of the said John Shekell his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said Isaac Simmons for
       himself and his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with
       the John Shekell his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said Isaac Simmons
       the said Parcel of Land and Premises herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby granted and every
       Part and Parcel thereof unto the said John Shekell his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Isaac
       Simmons and his Heirs and all Persons whatsoever claiming by from or under him or them shall and
       will warrant and defend by these Presents  And if at any Time after the ensealing and Delivery of
       these presents the Land above mention'd should be laid Claim to by the Lord Baltimore or his Heirs or
       Benedict Calvert Esq.r or his Heirs that then in such Case the said Isaac Simmons doth for himself
       and his Heirs agree to pay unto John Shekell or his Heirs the purchase Money within mentioned

          And further that he the said Isaac Simmons and his Heirs shall and will at all Times
       hereafter at the reasonable request and the Cost and Charges in the Law of the said John Shekell his Heirs
       make do acknowledge perfect and execute to the said John Shekell his Heirs and Assigns all and every
       such further and other lawful and reasonable Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the
       further and better Conveying and assuring the said Parcell of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances
       unto the said John Shekell his Heirs and Assigns as by the said John Shekell his Heirs and Assigns
       shall be reasonably devised advised and required      In Witness whereof the sid Isaac Simmons
       hath hereunto his Hand and Seal the Day and Year above written

                                                       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed to Wit

          Memorandum on the fourteenth Day of Dec.r one thousand seven hundred and seventy one came
       before the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial Court Isaac Simmons one of the Parties to the
       within ^written^ Deed and acknowledged the Land and Premises therein mentioned to be the Right Title Interest and
       Estate of the within named John Shekell his Heirs and Assigns forever  At the same Time came Fanny Simmons
       Wife to the said Isaac Simmons and being examined as the Law directs acknowledged that she gave up her Right of
       Dower to the within mention'd Land and Premises freely and voluntarily and that without any Threats or ill Usage
       of her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure

       Received of M.r John Shekell the Sum of four Shillings and two Pence Sterling for the Use of Lord Baltimore
       it being the Alienation Fine on the within Deed by Virtue of a Commission from Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Esq.r his
       said Lordships Agent and Receiver General
