278 or Shares to be divided) of and in all those several Tracts or Parcels of Land Hereditaments & Premises situate lying & being in Baltimore County in the said Province of Maryland formerly purchased by Alexander Lawson of the said Province of Maryland Merchant James Russell then of the City of London Merchant James Johnson of the City of Glasgow in North Britain Merchant & the said James Wardrop of or from Daniel Dulany late of Maryland aforesaid Merchant & other Persons there & at the Time of the said Indentures of Lease & Release held by the said Alexander Lawson James Russell James Johnson & James Wardrop in undivided fourth Parts or Shares as Tenants in Common & also of & in all the several Mines Oar & Works in upon or belonging to the said Lands or Hereditaments or some Part or Parcel thereof & commonly called or known by the Name of the Nottingham Iron Works & of & in all Houses Tenements Erections Buildings Cattle Forges Oar Goods Utensils Implements live & dead Stock Negroes & other Things whatsoever belonging to the said Lands & Iron Works or any Part thereof or thereupon used work'd or enjoyed or by whatsoever other Name or Names Description or Descriptions the same were or might be described called or known And also of & in all Ways Waters Water Courses Plantations, Trees, Woods, Under Woods Commons Common of Pasture Monies Oar Goods Profits Commodities Rights Liberties Advantages Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Messuages Lands Tenements Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments & Premises or any Part or Parcel thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining or with them or any of them used occupied possessed or enjoyed Upon the ^Trusts^ Covenants & Agreements in the said Indenture of Release mentioned & contained & amongst others upon Trust that the said John Buchanan his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns should at such Time or Times as he or they should think fit by public Sale sell & dispose of ^all^ & every the Premises in & by the said Indenture of Release granted released assigned & conveyed or therein mentioned or intended so to be either together or in Parcels for as much Money as could be reasonably got for the same as in & by the said Indenture of Lease & Release Reference being thereunto had may amongst other Things more fully & at large appear And Whereas after the Death of the aforesaid James Wardrop that is to say on the twenty second Day of July seventeen hundred & sixty one at three of the Clock in (the) |
