       Be it rem^em^ bered that on the thirteenth Day of September one thousand
       seven hundred and seventy one before me the Subscriber one of the Right Honble
       the Lord Propry his Justices of the Provincial Court personally appeared Edward Lloyd
       Esquire the Bargainor in the within Indenture named and acknowledged the
       same Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premises thereby
       granted bargained and sold to be the Right and Estate of the within named Richard
       Bennett Lloyd and his Heirs and Assigns according to the Form Force and
       Effect of the same Indenture  And at the same time before me the said Justice personally
       appeared Elizabeth the wife of the same Edward Lloyd & did acknowledge
       and declare that she relinquished her Right of Dower in the said Lands and Premises
       and every Part thereof and being by me privately examined out of the Hearing
       of her Husband did declare that she made her Acknowledgment and Declaration afd
       willingly and freely and without being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or ill Usage
       by her       Husband or Fear of his Displeasure  In Witness whereof I have hereunto
       set my Hand ^the Day^ and year above written

                This Indenture Tripartite made the thirtieth Day of April
       in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy one Between
       James Keech of Calvert County Planter of the first Part Thomas Greenfield of Saint
       Mary's County Gentleman of the third Part  Witnesseth that the said James
       Keech for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to him
       in Hand paid by the same Thomas Greenfield at or before the Sealing and Delivery of
       these Presents, the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the docking barring
       and extinguishing all Estate Tails and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant
       or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after
       mentioned he the same James Keech hath granted bargained and sold alien'd released
       enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant bargain & sell alien release
       enfeoff and confirm unto him the same Thomas Greenfield his Heirs and Assigns All
       that Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land called Good Luck formerly lying & being
