236 of Worton Manor which was sold and conveyed by Mary Watkins to the said Edward Lloyd the Father by Deed bearing Date on or about the twenty fourth Day of February one thousand seven hundred and sixty three containing one hundred and forty acres be the Quantities of the several Tracts or Parcels of Land last mentioned as above expressed or more or less And also all the Right Title and Interest of the said Edward Lloyd the Son of in and to all and any Lands which be contiguous to the Lands above mentioned lying in Talbot and Queen Ann's Counties or to any of them together with all Houses Buildings and Improvements on the said bargained Premises and every Part thereof and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said Edward Lloyd the Son of in unto or out of the said Bargained Premises and every Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances Except always out of the said bargained Premises the Grist Mill Fulling Mill and Mill Houses Mill Pond and Mill Dam and the Land covered with the water of the said Pond the Millers Dwelling House and the Bake House standing upon and being Part of the said Tracts called Wilton and The Addition to Wilton or one of them To have & to hold except as before excepted, unto the said Richard Bennett Lloyd and his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Uses and Behoof of the same Richard Bennett Lloyd and his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said Edward Lloyd the Son for himself and his Heirs the said bargained Premises and every Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said Richard Bennett Lloyd and his Heirs and Assigns against him the same Edward and his Heirs & Assigns only shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said Parties to this Indenture have set their Hands and Seals hereunto interchangeably the Day and year first above mentioned Edward Lloyd (seal) Sealed and delivered in the Presence of J Beale Bordley James Hindman Received the Day of the Date of this Indenture from Richard Bennett Lloyd the Bargainee the Sum of five Shillings Sterling the Consideration within expressed to be paid by him to me Edward Lloyd Witness J Beale Bordley |
