238 in Calvert County but since the Division of the Counties and now lying in Saint Mary's County Beginning at a marked white oak marked with twelve Notches ^standing on the South Side of the South West Branch of Trent Creek & runing from thence South ninety Perches to a Spanish Oak markt with twelve Notches^ and from thence ^West one hundred seventy & seven Perches and seven ninths of a Perch ten Poplar marked with twelve Notches & from thence^ runing ninety Perches North to a red Oak marked with twelve Notches being on the Head of a small Branch on the North Side of the South West Branch of Trent Creek and runing from thence with a straight Line to the first bounded Tree containing one hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging together with all and singular y.e Buildings, Improvements, Privileges, Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the same James Keech of in, to, or out of the said Land and Premises and every Part thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances to him the same Thomas Greenfield his Heirs and Assigns for ever To the Intent and Purpose that by Virtue hereof the same Thomas Greenfield may be & become a good and perfect Tenant of the immediate Freehold and Inheritance of all and singular the said Premises against whom one or more common Recovery or Recoveries may be had perfected and executed to the Uses Intents and Purposes herein after mentioned expressed and declared and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And Thereupon it is covenanted concluded and agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that before the End of the next Provincial Court one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur disseisin en le post at the Costs and Charges of him the same Thomas Greenfield shall and may be brought and prosecuted against him the same Thomas Greenfield in the Name of the aforesaid Alexander Contee Hanson as Plaintiff or Demandant therein of and for the af.d Tract or Parcell of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances by such Name or Names Quantity, Quality Number or Content of Acres or other Certainties and Descriptions as shall be apt and convenient in that behalf to which writ or writs the said Thomas Greenfield shall and will appear gratis in his proper Person or by his Attorney or Attornies lawfully authorized thereto and shall and will vouch to warrant the Premises with the Appurtenances the same James Keech who shall likewise appear gratis in his proper Person or by his Attorney or Attornies lawfully authorized and shall and will enter into the said warranty and vouch over to warrant the same Premises with the Appurtenances (the) |
