       to be as good and effectual in the Law in all respects as if the said Anthony Richardson
       (Party hereto) and Hannah his wife were themselves personally present and had done
       the same in their own proper Persons  In Witness whereof the said Anthony
       Richardson (Party hereto) and Hannah his wife have hereunto set their Hands &
       Seals the fourteenth Day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred and seventy                                                      An Richardson      (seal)

                            Anthony Bacon
                            Rich.d Atkinson

          Be it remembered that on the fourteenth Day of August in the Year of
       our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy before me Barlow Frecothick Esquire
       Lord Mayor of the City of London personally came and appeared Anthony Richardson
       of the City of London Merchant and Hannah his wife Parties to the within written
       Deed & did severally acknowledge that they did sign seal & as & for their several and respective
       Act and Deed in due Form of Law deliver the said within written Deed to & for the
       uses therein mentioned  And the said Hannah being by me secretly & apart from the
       said Anthony Richardson her Husband examined touching her Consent to the said Deed
       acknowledged & declared that she did execute the same of her own free will and Consent
       without Fear or Compulsion of or from her said Husband or any other Person

       To all to whom these Presents ^shall^ come I Barlow Frecothick Esq.r Lord Mayor of
       the City of London  Do hereby certify that on the Day of the Date hereof personally
       came and appeared before me Richard Atkinson the Deponent named in the Affidavit
       hereunto annexed being a Person well known and worthy of good Credit & by solemn
       oath which the said Deponent then took before me upon the Holy Evangelists of Almighty
       God did solemnly & sincerely declare testify and depose to be true the several
       Matters & Things mentioned and contained in the said annexed Affidavit  And I the
       said Lord Mayor do hereby further certify that on the Day of the Date hereof also personally
       came & appeared before me Anthony Richardson of the City of London Merchant & Hannah
