       Province hereby granting to the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esquire full Power and
       Authority to sell and dispose of all Lands Tenements and Hereditaments to us now Escheated or forfeited
       to such Person or Persons as shall agree and pay for them such reasonable Rates in Money as shall
       be agreed for with the Consent and Approbation of our Lieutenant Governor or Board of Officers for the
       Time being Also to inspect into, order, manage and account for all and every other Branch and Branches of
       our Revenues within our said Province whether the same be or grow due by particular Contract, Condition
       of Plantations Act or Acts of Assembly or by Virtue of our Royalties Rights Privileges and Prerogatives
       within our said Province  And for the better and more effectual Executing of the said Powers and Authorities
       hereby granted  We do further authorise him the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esquire
       to give such Directions and orders to the naval Officers of our said Province as our Lieutenant Governor
       or Board of Officers and he the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer shall think fit And
       the said Naval Officers are hereby required to obey him accordingly Hereby ordering and requiring him
       the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esquire to remit unto us for our proper Use by the
       first and safest Opportunity all such Monies Effects or Bills of Exchange as shall arise grow due or
       be received by or from our said Naval Officers or any other Persons n all or any of the aforesaid Branches
       of our Revenues and upon Receipt of any Money Bills of Exchange or other Effects Sufficient
       Discharges and Acquittances to give and sign to the Person or Persons concerned or owing such Money
       Effects and Bills of Exchange and generally to act, do, perform fulfill and accomplish according to
       the Instructions which have been or may be given him, all and every other Act and Acts Thing
       and Things requisite and necessary for the due Execution, Performance and justly discharging the several
       respective Offices Powers and Authorities hereby given or granted him or intended to be hereby
       given or granted him or intended to be given and granted to him  And We do hereby ratify
       confirm and hold for good effectual and valid whatsoever the said Daniel of Saint Thomas
       Jenifer shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the Premises notwithstanding any Insufficiency
       or Defect in the words Expressions Clauses or Sentences of this our Commission and altho every Particular
       Matter strictly requisite be not herein strictly expressed  And We do further for a Compensation
       Salary and Encouragement to the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esquire for the punctual
       sincere and faithful Performance of the Powers and Authorities hereby granted him and
       in Consideration of the Pains Labour and trouble he shall take in the due Execution thereof, authorize
       direct and impower him to take receive and retain to and for his own use out of all such
       Monies Tobacco or other Effects as shall be received on any of the Accounts aforesaid arising from our
       Land Office or from our Manor and other Rents and Fines and all other our Property to be collected
       by him the Nett Sum of Five hundred Pounds lawful Money of Great Britain per
       Annum or a proportionable Part of the same Sum according to the Time of his holding and
       exercising the said Office of Chief Agent Escheator and Receiver General aforesaid as a full Recompense
