          This Indenture Tripartite made this twenty eighth Day of March in the Year of our
       Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy one Between Henry M.cLacklan Devisee of James M.cLacklan late
       of Kent County deceased of the first Part, Edward Tilghman of Queen Ann's County Gentleman of the second Part and
       James Hollyday of Queen Ann's County afores.d Gentleman of the third Part  Witnesseth that the said Henry
       M.cLacklan for and in Consideration of the Sum of two thousand two hundred and five Pounds Pensylvania Currency
       to him in Hand paid by the same Edward Tilghman at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents
       the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the docking barring and extinguishing all Estate Tails
       and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and
       Hereditaments herein after mentioned he the same Henry McLacklan (by and with the Advice and Consent
       of the said James Hollyday testified by his being a Party to these Presents and his Sealing and executing the
       same) Hath granted bargained and sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents Doth
       grant bargain and sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said Edward Tilghman his Heirs and
       Assigns all that Parcel of Land being Part of a Tract of Land lying and being in Kent County called Tolechester otherwise
             Colechester which was heretofore bargained and sold by George Pearce and William Stevenson
       to James McLacklan by Indenture bearing Date the sixteenth Day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and sixty four and inrolld amongst the Records of Kent County aforesaid containing two hundred
       and two Acres with the Appurtenances in Kent County afores.d Also all that Parcel of plantable Land being
       Part of the said Tract of Land called Colechester otherwise Tolechester which was heretofore bargained and sold by
       John Wothured to the said James McLacklan by Indenture bearing Date the nineteenth Day of December
       in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty six and inrolled amongst the Records of
       Kent County alsoe containing two hundred and fourteen Acres with the Appurtenances in Kent County aforesaid
       Also all that Parcel of land being Part of a Tract of Land lying and being in Kent County aforesaid
       called Neglect which was heretofore bargained and sold by the said John Wothured to the said James McLacklan
       by the same last recited Indenture bearing Date the same nineteenth Day of December in the
       Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty six aforesaid Containing fifty five Acres
       with the Appurtenances in Kent County aforesaid  Also all that Parcel of Land being Part of a
       Tract of Land lying and being in Kent County aforesaid ^called^ Indian Range which was heretofore bargained
       and sold by George Buck and William Buck of Bideford in the County of Devon in the Kingdom of Great
       Britain Merchants to the same James McLacklan by Indenture bearing Date the fifteenth Day of
       December seventeen hundred and sixty six and inroled amongst the Records of Kent County aforesaid and ^containing fifty acres with the appurtenances in Kent County afd^
       Also all that Tract of Plantable Land lying and being near George Town on Sassafras River called
       Mount Airey containing four hundred and forty nine Acres with the Appurtenances in Kent County
       aforesaid together with all and singular the Edifices Buildings Gardens, Orchards, Ways, Water Water
       Courses, Commodities, Priviledges, Improvements, Emoluments, Advantages and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the same Tracts or Parcells of Land and each and every Part thereof belonging or in
       any wise appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions, Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues
       and Profits thereof and of every Part thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Use, Trust, Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Henry McLacklan of in to
