203 the said Harry ^Dorsey^ Gough all those six Lotts or Parcells of Ground above mentioned and described, Beginning for the Lotts numbered fifteen, sixteen twenty one and twenty two at the North Eastermost Corner of Baltimore and Charles Streets & running thence bounding on Charles Street North twenty four Perches thence East twenty one Perches & a half Perch thence South twenty four Perches to Baltimore Street & thence bounding on Baltimore Street to the Begining & begining for the Lott numbered twenty six at the South Eastermost Corner of a Lott or Parcell of ground in the said Town distinguished in a Platt thereof by the Number twenty three & runing thence North nine Perches thence West ten Perches to the original outline of the said Town thence South fifty Degrees West twelve Perches & three Quarters of a Perch to Baltimore Street and thence bounding on Baltimore Street to the Place of begining and begining for the Lott or Parcell of Ground numbered Thirty five at the South Westermost Corner of Charles Street and German Lane ^& runing thence bounding on German Lane^ West eight Perches & one half Perch thence South fifteen Perches thence East to Charles Street & thence bounding on Charles Street to the Place of begining together with all Houses Buildings Gardens, Fences, Ways, Alleys, Waters, Easements, Emoluments & Advantages whatsoever to the said Lotts or Parcels of Ground & every of them belonging or which to & with the same now are or heretofore have been used occupied reputed taken or known as Part Parcel or Member thereof ^or any part thereof^ & the Reversion & Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all & singular the said Premises & every Part & Parcel thereof with their Appurtenances and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim & Demand of them the said Andrew Theodore, William Benedict, Thomas Jacob and Jane Bourdillion & each of them both in Law & Equity of in & to the said Lotts of Ground & Premises & every Part thereof with their Appurtenances To have & to hold the aforesaid Lotts of Ground & Premises hereby bargained & sold unto him the said Harry Dorsey Gough his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use & Behoof of him the said Harry Dorsey Gough his Heirs & Assigns for ever And the said Andrew Theodore, William Benedict, Thomas Jacob & Jane Bourdillion for themselves and their Heirs & each of them by their Attorneys aforesaid do hereby covenant to & with the said Harry Dorsey Gough his Executors and Administrators that they the said Andrew Theodore, William Benedict, Thomas Jacob and Jane Bourdillion & their Heirs & each & every of them shall and will from Time to Time & at all Times hereafter on the reasonable Request & at the proper Cost & Charge of him the said Harry Dorsey Gough his Heirs or Assigns make do & execute or procure to be made done & executed all & every such further & other lawfull & reasonably Act & Acts Thing & things Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law for the farther better & more perfect granting & assureing of all & singular the above mentioned Lotts & Premises with their Appurtenances unto the said Harry Dorsey Gough his Heirs or Assigns for ever as by the said Harry Dorsey Gough his Heirs or Assigns ^or his^ or their Counsil learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised & required In Witness whereof the said Andrew Theodore Bourdillion William Benedict Bourdillion Thomas Jacob Bourdillion & Jane Bourdillion by Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany their Attorneys constituted as aforesaid have hereto set their Hands & affixed their Seals the Day & Year first above written Andrew Theodore Bourdillion (Seal) Signed Sealed & Delivered by Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany William Benedict Bourdillion (Seal) in the Names & on Behalf of the aforesaid Andrew Theodore William Thomas Jacob Bourdillion (Seal) Benedict Thomas Jacob & Jane Bourdillion Jane Bourdillion (Seal) In Presence of us Benjamin Rogers And Buchanan |
