199 Mary Woodward and the Survivors and Survivor of them as by the said last Will Reference being thereunto had may more fully appear And the said William Woodward is the only surviving Child of the said Mary Woodward deceased And whereas the said Elizabeth Ginn did not at any Time during her life Time dispose or make Sale of the said Tract or Parcel of Land being Part of a Tract of Land called Piney Grove in which a Certain other Tract of Land called Hanchliff Range is included or any part thereof And whereas the said Mary Holmes one of the Trustees under the will aforesaid of the said Mary Woodward deceased is now dead Whereby the Trust created by the said Will devolves solely upon the said William Woodward and the Right and Title to the Premises are solely vested in the said William Woodward by Devise Heirship or otherwise Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said William Woodward for and in Consideration of the Sum of Six hundred and fifty pounds Sterling to him in hand paid by the said Walter Dulany at or before the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof the said William Woodward doth hereby acknowledge and for divers good Causes and Considerations him the said William Woodward thereunto moving the said William Woodward Hath granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant bargain sell alien release ^enfeoff^ and confirm unto the said Walter Dulany (in his actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made for one Year by Indenture bearing Date the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents and by Force and Operation of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) And to his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land being Prat of a Tract of Land as aforesaid scituate lying and being with the Appurtenances in Ann Arundel County aforesaid called or known by the Name following (that is to say) Part of a Tract of Land called Piney Grove in which is included a Certain other Tract of Land Called Hanchliffs Range Together with all the Rights Members and Appurtenances and all Houses Edifices Buildings Meadows, Trees, Woods Under Woods Ways Paths Waters Water Courses Easements Profits Commodities Improvements Advantages Emoluments and Hereditaments comprehended within the Bounds Limits and Extent of the said Tract or parcel of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Piney Grove in which is included a Certain other Tract of Land called Hanchliffs Range or which now are or formerly have been accepted reputed used occupied or enjoyed to or with the same or as Part parcel of Member thereof and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rent Services and Profits of the premises hereby granted and released or meant or intended to be hereby granted and released and of every part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances and also all the Estate Right Title Claim Interest and Demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of him the said William Woodward in all and every respect whatsoever and howsoever vested required founded or derived in and to all and singular the Premises hereby granted and released or meant mentioned or intended to be granted and released hereby and of in and to every part and Parcel thereof with the appurtenances and also all Deeds Muniments writings Escripts and Evidences touching or Concerning the said Premises or any part thereof To have and to hold all and singular and every the Premises hereby granted and released or meant mentioned (or) |
