       On the twenty sixth Day of June seventeen hundred and Seventy one Came the within named
       William Woodward before us two of his Lordships Justices of Baltimore County Court and acknowledged
       the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premises therein mentioned
       to be the Right and Estate of the within named Walter Dulany according to the Act of Assembly
       in such Cases made and provided                                          Benjamin Rogers

       This Indenture made this twenty seventh Day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred and seventy one Between William Woodward of Baltimore Town in Baltimore County
       in the Province of Maryland of the one Part and Walter Dulany of the City of Annapolis and Province
       of Maryland of the other Part Whereas Amos Garrett late of the City of Annapolis deceased was in
       his life time and at the Time of his Decease seised of and intituled unto sundry Tracts or Parcels of Land
       in the Province of Maryland and that Mary Woodward and Elizabeth Ginn late of the City of London
       in the Kingdom of England Widow were the surviving Sisters and Heirs at Law of the said Amos Garrett
       by Reason whereof the said Tracts or Parcels of Land descended unto and devolved upon the said Mary Woodward
       and Elizabeth Ginn upon the Death of the said Amos Garrett in undivided Moieties and among the
       said Tracts or Parcels of Land was the following Tract or Parcel of Land (to wit) a Tract or Parcel of Land being
       Part of a Tract of Land Called Piney Grove in which a Certain other Tract of Land Called Hanchliffs Range
       is included scituate lying and being with the Appurtenances on the North side of Severn in Ann Arundel
       County in the Province of Maryland aforesaid And Whereas after the Decease of the said Amos Garrett
       the said Mary Woodward and Elizabeth Ginn became seised in and of the aforesaid Tracts or Parcels of Land
       and particularly of the Tract or Parcel of Land aforesaid that is to say a Tract or Parcel of Land being
       part of a Tract of Land called Piney Grove in which a Certain other Tract of Land called Hanchliffs
       Range is included and being so seized departed this Life but before their Deaths made and Executed respectively
       their several last Wills and Testaments in due form of Law being at the Time of the Execution thereof
       in due Manner and rightfully seised of the premises  And Whereas the said Mary Woodward
       in and by her said last will devised and gave unto a Certain William Woodward now of Baltimore
       Town in Baltimore County aforesaid and a Certain Mary Holmes their Heirs and Assigns all her undivided
       Moiety of the said Tracts or Parcels of Land among other things upon the Trust and to the     
       Intent and Purpose that the said William Woodward and Mary Holmes or the Survivor of them
       or the Heirs of such Survivor should as soon as Conveniently might be join with the ^aforesaid Elizabeth Ginn in the Sale of the said Lands or in Case of the Death that they the said William Woodward and Mary Holmes or the^ Survivor of
       them or the Heirs of such Survivor should make Sale of the said Lands for the best Price that could reasonable
       be had or obtained for the same which Monies so to be raised were directed by the said last will
       to be devided among the persons mentioned therein for that Purpose as by the said last will reference
       being thereunto had may more full appear   And whereas the said Elizabeth Ginn
       in and by her said last Will in Writing gave and devised all her Estate and Effects in Maryland
       which should be unsold at her Decease between the Children of her late Sister the aforesaid
