       May 27th 1771  Then came Cap.t Alex.r Chrystie one of the Subscribing Evidences to the above
       Deed, before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the provincial Court of Maryland and made
       Oath that he subscribed his name as witness to the above Deed and that he saw Tho.s Boog the other
       subscribing Evidence sign his Name as Witness thereto at the same time and that the said Deed
       was duly executed in their Presence by the Parties therein mentioned

       Be it remembered that on the 7th day of June Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and seventy
       one before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland personally appeared
       Tho.s Gassaway and Nicholas Gassaway the Attorneys appointed by the within power of Attorney
       and in Pursuance thereof acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be the Act and
       Deed of the within named Sam.l Preston Moore, Mordecai Moore, Thomas Moore and Charles Moore
       and the Lands and Premises therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named
       Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the
       same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided

       Received of M.r Anthony Stewart the sum of seven Shillings and two pence Sterling for the
       Use of Lord Baltimore it being the Alienation Money on the within Lands by Virtue of a
       Commission from John Morton Jordan Esq.r his said Lordships agent and receiver General

        Judgment rendered for the Plaintiffs against the Defendant for as well the Sum of one hundred &
        thirty one thousand one hundred eighty seven pounds of heavy inspected Crop Tobacco a certain Debt as the
        Sum of five hundred and forty three pounds of Tobacco costs of Suit
                                                         In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the usual
                                                          Seal of Office this 4th Day of December 1770

                On the Back of the aforegoing Judgement was thus endorsed viz

          Know all men by these presents that we the within named James Gordon and Company for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of three hundred sixty one pounds thirteen Shillings and eleven pence Ster.g to us
       in hand paid by Bennett Heard of Saint Mary's County Security for the within named Barbara Heard
       in the Bond on which the within Judgement was obtained do hereby assign transferr and set over to the said
       Bennett Heard his Executors Administrators and Assigns the within Judgement and the Tobacco therein
       mention'd and every part thereof in order that Execution may issue thereon in the name of the said Bennett
       Heard as Assignee of us the said James Gordon and Company according to the Act of Assembly in such Case
       made and provided he having made to us full satisfaction for the said Judgement.  Witness our hands &
       seals this ninth day of January seventeen hundred and seventy one,
