       of them the said Samuel Preston Moore Mordecai Moore, Thomas Moore and Charles Moore of
       in and to the said Premises and every or any part thereof  To have and to hold the said
       one hundred fifteen and three quarter Acres ^as^ also the said sixty two and a half Acres, and all and singular
       other the Premisses herein before mentioned meant or intended to be hereby granted aliened
       leased and Confirmed, and every part and Parcel th^e^reof with their and every their Appurtenances
       to him the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and assigs for ever and to and for no Other Use intent
       or purpose whatsoever  And the said Samuel Preston Moore, Mordecai Moore Thomas
       Moore and Charles Moore for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators and each
       and every of them hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Anthony Stewart and his
       Heirs adn Assigns, that they the said Samuel Preston Moore Mordecai Moore Thomas Moore and
       Charles Moore and their Heirs and every of them the said hereby granted Lands adn Premisses
       with their ^and each^ and every of the appurtennaces unto him the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs
       and Assigns against all persons lawfully Claiming or to Claim by from or under them or either
       of them or from or under Richard Mooer their Brother lately deceased shall and will warrant
       and defend  And the said Samuel Preston Moore, Mordecai Moore, Thomas Moore and Charles
       Moore, have and each of them hath Constituted ordained and appointed and in tehir and every
       of their stead put and by these presents do and every of them doth Constitute and Appoint
       and in their and every of their Stead and place put Thomas Gassaway and Nicholas Gassaway
       of Ann Arundel County and Province of Maryland aforesaid their true and lawfull Attornies
       jointly and severally for them and in their Names to acknowledge these presents to be the Act
       ^and Deed^ of them the said Samuel Preston Moore, Mordecai Moore, Thomas Moore         and Charles
       Moore and the Land adn Premisses therein mentioned to be ^the^ Right and Estate of the said Anthony
       Stewart his Heirs and Assigns for ever, Before any Justice or Justices of the said Province of
       Maryland or County or Counties thereof according to any Act or Acts of Assmebly of the said Province
       of Maryland or any Custom there used, the said Samuel Preston Moore, Mordecai Moore
       Thomas Moore and Charles Moore hereby Ratifying and Confirming whatsoever their said Attorneys
       or either of them shall do in their Behalf by Force and Virtue of these Presents
       In Witness whereof the said Samuel Preston Moore Mordecai Moore Thomas
       Moore and Charles Moore have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first
       above written
