       for him the said Constituents (in the Quality's aforesaid) in their Name and for their Use to Grant
       Bargain Sell assign Enfeoffe Confirm and Set over unto any Person or Persons whatsoever
       all or any Part of the Plantation or Plantations Lands Negroes Chattels and Estate late
       belonging to the said William Hunt, since to the said Thomas Hunt, and now to them the
       said Appearers Situate lying and being in Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland
       aforesaid heretofore in the Tenure or Occupation of Daniel Rawlings late of the said Province
       of Maryland and late in the Tenure or Occupation of the said William Hunt deceased at and
       for the most and best price or prices Consideration or Purchase Money that can be had or
       got for the same and to take and receive such Consideration or Purchase Money for all or
       any Part of such Plantation or Plantations Lands Negroes Chattels and Estate and thereupon
       to sign Seal Execute and Deliver any Deed or Deeds of Conveyance Assignment or
      Assignments or other Acts and Writings requisite and necessary in the Law for Selling and
       Assigning over all or and Part of the aforesaid Premises unto any Person or Persons who is
       are or shall be Purchaser or Purchasers thereof  And Further for them the said Constituents
       (in the Quality's aforesaid) in their Names and for their Use to Ask Demand Levy Sue for an
       by all Lawfull ways and means Recover and Receive of and from all and every or any Person
       or Persons whatsoever whom it shall or may Concern inhabiting or being in the Province of
       Maryland aforesaid all such Sum and Sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandize Effects
       Estate and things which now are or shall or may hereafter be due owing payable belonging
       or in any wise appertaining unto them the said Constituents or to the Estate of the said
       William Hunt and Thomas Hunt deceased or either of them whether for Rent or Arrears
       of Rent or by Bond Note Bill Book debt account Consignment Contract Agreement
       Decree Sentence Judgment Execution Extent or for by or upon any other Account way
       reason or Means soever nothing in Law or Equity excepted or reserved And to that End
       with all and every or any person or Persons whatsoever whom it shall or may Concern
       inhabiting or being in the Province of Maryland aforesaid to account and view State
       Settle and Adjust all accounts and the Ballance thereof to Receive  And upon Recovery
       and Receipts to give one or more acquittances or other Sufficient Discharges in Due
       form of Law But in Case of refusal or delay by all and every or any Person or Persons  
       concerned to make and Render just and true account payment Delivery and Satisfaction
       in the Premises them any or either of them thereunto to Compell by all Lawfull ways and
       means whatsoever  Also (if need be) to appear before all or any Lord Judges and Justices in
       any Court or Courts their to answer defend and reply in all matters and Causes touching or
       Concerning the Premises to do say Pursue implead Seize Sequester Distrain Attach Arrest
       Imprison and to Condemn and out of Prison again to deliver  Also to Compound conclude and
       agree by Arbitration or otherwise as their said Attorney shall think fit  And Generally
       in and Concerning the Premises to do Perform and Execute all and whatsoever shall be
       requisite and necessary as fully amply and Effectually to all intents Constructions and Purposes
       as they the said Constituents (in the Quality's aforesaid) might or could do if personally Present
       With power to Substitute one or more Attorneys under him with like or limited power and the
       same again to Revoke  They the said William Hunt and Mary Hunt (in the Quality's aforesaid)
       hereby ratifying confirming and holding for good and Valied all and whatsoever the said Lancelot
