       Priviledges and Advantages whatsoever to the said remaining or unsold part of those two Lotts of Land
       belonging or in any wise Appertaining  And the Reversion and reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses and every part thereof And all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand of him the said Thomas Sligh of in to or out of the
       said Premisses and every part thereof To have and to hold the said remaining or unsold part of
       those two Lots of land hereby bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be with the
       Appurtenances unto him the said Basil Burgess his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use
       and Behoof of the said Basil Burgess his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said Thomas Sligh for himself and his Heirs the said remaining
       or unsold part of those two Lots of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said
       Basil Burgess his Heirs and Assigns shall and will warrant and forever Defend by these
       Presents In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written

       were interlined in the twenty second, twenty ninth
       thirty sixth & forty fourth Lines of this Deed before the sealing
       and Delivery thereof

             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was Endorsed as follows to wit,

       Received the Day and Year first within mentioned of and from the within named Basil Burgess
       the Sum of five Shillings Sterling the Consideration mentioned to be paid to me
       Test, Jon.a Plowman                                                                                    Tho.s Sligh

             On the tenth Day of November 1770 Thomas Sligh Party to the within Indenture acknowledged
       the same as his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right Title and
       Estate of the said Basil Burgess his Heirs and Assigns according to the true intent and meaning
       of the within Indenture

       On the Second day of February in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy
       one Before me William Tudman Notary and Tabellion Publick Dwelling in London duly admitted
       and Sworn and Witnesses Personally Appeared William Hunt of Woodford in the County of
       Essex Esquire and Mary Hunt of the same place Spinster the Son and Daughter and Acting
       Executors of their late Father Thomas Hunt heretofore of Mile End Town in the County of Middlesex
       and late of Woodford aforesaid Esquire deceased (which said Thomas Hunt was the Brother only next
       of Kin and Sole Executor of William Hunt late of Woodford in the County of Essex Esquire deceased)
       which said Appears in Quality's aforesaid Declared to have made ordained constituted authorized
       and appointed and by these Presents Do make ordain constitute authorize and appoint Lancelot
       Jacques of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Merchant their true and lawfull
       Attorney Giving and hereby granting unto their said Attorney full power and lawfull authority
