172 of these Presents The Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged He the said Benjamin Ingram Hath bargained and sold and by these Presents Doth bargain and sell unto the said Corbin Lee All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Michaels Chance containing one hundred acres more or Less lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid together with all Edefices Improvements wood underwoods Timber Trees ways waters watercourses easements profits commodities advantages emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same or any part thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate right Title Interest use Trust property claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Benjamin Ingram of into or out of every part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be unto him the said Corbin Lee may be and become a good and Perfect Tenant of the immediate Freehold and inheritance of all and singular the said Premisses against whom one or more common Recovery or Recoveries may be had perfected and executed to the Use Intent and Purpose hereinafter mentioned expressed and Declared and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And thereupon it is Covenanted Concluded and Agreed upon by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that before the end of the next Provincial Court one or more writ or Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post shall and may be brought and Prosecuted in the Name of him the said Robert Alexander as Plaintiff or Demandant therein against him the said Corbin Lee as Tenant or Defendant of and for the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of land and Premisses with the Appurtenances herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and sold by such Name or Names Quantity or Content of Acres or such other Certainties and Descriptions as shall be apt and Convenient in that behalf To which writ or writs the said Corbin Lee shall appear gratis in his proper Person or by Attorney properly authorized and shall and will vouch to warrant the Premisses the said Benjamin Ingram who shall likewise appear in his proper Person or by his Attorney properly Authorized and shall vouch to warrant the Common Vouchee and such further and other proceedings shall be therein so that one or more good and perfect Common Recovery or Recoveries with double Voucher shall or may be had perfected and executed in all things according to the Usual Form of Common Recoveries with Double Voucher for assurance of Lands in such Case used and accustomed And it is further Covenanted agreed and Declared by and between all the said parties to these Presents that such Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be suffered executed and Perfected whereto the Parties these presents or any of them are or shall be Parties of or concerning the Premisses shall be and enure and shall be adjudged and Construed deemed and taken to be and enure and the said Robert Alexander and his Heirs and all and every other Person and Persons which shall then or any time thereafter stand seized of the Premisses or any Part thereof by virtue of these Presents or of the said Recovery or Recoveries shall so stand and be Seized thereof and of every part thereof to the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Corbin Lee his Heirs and Assigns (forever) |
