171. shall or may be had perfected and executed in all things according to the usual Forms of Common Recoveries with double Voucher for assurance of Land in such Case used ^and^ accustomed And it is hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that from and after the suffering and Perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries as well these Presents and the Assurance hereby made as also the Common Recovery and Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be suffered and Perfected shall be and enure and shall be adjudged construed deemed and taken and are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized of the Tracts or Parcels of Land aforesaid and Premisses and every Part thereof to and for the only proper use and behoof of him the said Joshua Hall his Heirs and Assigns forever And to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered John Hall son Joshua Thomas Tayler (seal) in the Presence of his John I P Price Joshua Hale (seal) mark Rob.t Alexander (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed, Viz.t Received the Day and Year first within mentioned of and from the within named Joshua Hall the Sum of five Pounds Current ^money of^ Maryland the Consideration within mentioned to be paid to me his Thomas Tayler Test, John Hall Son Joshua, John I P Price mark On the 7th Day of February 1771 Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County John Hall and John Price and respectively made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they saw Thomas Taylor Joshua Hall and Robert Alexander all parties to the within Deed Sign Seal and Deliver the same as their respective Act and Deed for the Uses therein mentioned and that they saw Thomas Taylor Sign Name to the Receit indorsed on the said Deed for the Sum of five Pounds Current Money being the Consideration Money therein mentioned and that they respectively Subscribed their Names as Witnesses thereto Recorded this 24th Day of April 1771 And Buchanan 11½ sides X.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Twenty first Day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Between Benjamin Ingram of Baltimore County Planter of the first Part Corbin Lee of Baltimore County aforesaid of the second part and Robert Alexander Esq.r of Baltimore County aforesaid of the third Part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred and thirty Eight pounds Current Money in hand paid by the said Corbin Lee to the aforesaid Benjamin Ingram at or before the sealing and Delivery (of) |
