152. shall and may be thereupon had and awarded accordingly and all and every other Act and Thing done and executed needful and requisite for the suffering and Perfecting of such common Recovery or Recoveries with vouchers as aforesaid And it is hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that from and immediately after the suffering and Perfecting of the said Common Recovery and Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner or at any other Time or Times suffered or to be suffered and all and every other Conveyance and assurance in the Law whatsoever heretofore had made levied Suffered or executed or hereafter to be had made levied suffered or Executed of the said Parcels of Land or Parts of Tracts or Parcels of Land Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses or any Part thereof or either of them by or between the said Parties to these Presents or any of them shall be and enure and shall be adjudged deemed construed and taken and so are and were meant and intended to be and enure and are hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents to be and enure and the Recoveror and Recoverors in the said Recovery and Recoveries named or to be named and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of the same Parcels of Land or Parts of Tracts or Parcels of Land Messuages Tenements and Hereditaments and Premisses and of each and every Part thereof with the Appurtenances unto and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other Use Intent and Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written Neale Hale (seal) Witness W.m Hayward William Cooke (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was Endorsed as following, to wit, 11th April 1771 Came Neale Haile and William Cooke before me and severally Acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be their Act and Deed to and for the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned and Agreeable to the form of the Act of Assembly in such case made and Provided W.m Hayward Recorded this 16th Day of April 1771 12 sides X.d This Indenture made the Eleventh Day of April in the Year Seventeen hundred and seventy one Between Hannah Green Thomas Cole Speagle and Rachell his wife, Barney Binox and Ann his wife, George Childs and Hannah his wife, James Madewell and Temperance his wife, Walter James and Mary his wife, all of Baltimore County of the one part and Joseph Ensor Gentleman of the said County of the other part Witnesseth That the said Hannah Green, Thomas Cole Speagle and Rachell his wife Barney Binox and Ann his wife, George Childs and Hannah his wife, James Madewell and Temperance his wife Walter James and Mary his wife in Consideration of five Shillings Sterling Money to them in Hand paid by the said Joseph Ensor at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents have bargained and Sold and by these Presents do and each of them doth bargain and Sell unto the Joseph Ensor his Executors Administrators and Assigns all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Mount Pleasant lying in Baltimore County on the North side of Potapsco River on the East side of Jones's falls Beginning at a bounded white Oak on a Ridge and Running thence (south) |
