150. great Stone standing by the great run of Merryman's Lott and to run with a Streight Line to a bounded black Oak standing on the Land called Hailes Addition (which said two parcels or parts of Tracts of Parcels of Land were devised to the said Neale Haile by his Father Nicholas Haile deceased) and all and singular the Messuages Tenements Priviledges Emoluments Advantages Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Parcels of Land or Parts of Tracts or Parcels of Land belonging or any wise Appertaining or accepted reputed taken or known as part parcel or Member of them or either of them or belonging to the same or any part thereof And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses and of every Part thereof To have and to hold the said parcels or Parts of Tracts or Parcels of Land Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and all and singular the Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and sold and every Part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Ensor his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Date of these Presents for and during and unto the full end and Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended Yielding and Paying therefore at the Expiration of the said Term ^one^ of Shillings Sterling Money if the same shall be lawfully demanded to the Intent and Purpose that by Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession the said Joseph Ensor may be in Actual Possession of the Premisses and thereby be enabled to accept and take or grant and Release of the Freehold Reversion and Inheritance of the same premisses and of every part and parcel thereof to be declared by Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns to the Uses and upon the Trusts thereof to be declared by another Indenture intended to be Dated the Day next after the Day of the Date hereof In Witness whereof the Party first Named to these Presents his Hand and Seal hath set the Day and year first above Written Neale Hale (seal) Witness W.m Hayward Recorded this 16th Day of April 1771 5¼ sides X.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Eleventh Day of April in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and seventy one between Neale Haile of Baltimore County Planter of the first Part Joseph Ensor of the same County Gentleman of the second Part and William Cooke of the City of Annapolis of the third Part Witnesseth that for barring docking destroying and extinguishing all Estates tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Lands Messuages Tenements and Hereditaments herein after granted and released or mentioned so to be and for limitting and assuring the same unto and to the use of the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns and in Consideration of the sum of thirty pounds Sterling to the said Neale Haile in Hand paid by the said Joseph Ensor at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged he the said Neale Haile hath granted bargained sold released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns one hundred and five Acres of Land lately the Dwelling Plantation of Nicholas Haile deceased being part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Merrymans Lott lying in Baltimore County aforesaid also thirty Acres of Land lying in the same county being part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Hailes Addition adjoining to the said dwelling plantation of Nicholas Haile deceased which said (two) |
