       granted bargained sold aliened released and confirmed And by these Presents doth
       grant bargain Sell alien release and confirm unto the aforesaid Reverdy Ghiselin his
       Heirs and Assigns forever  All that Piece or Parcel of Ground being part of a Lott of Ground
       lying and being in the City of Annapolis aforesaid Number Seventy the said piece or parcel
       Beginning at a Cedar Post in the Cutt of the Line of West Street Forty feet East from
       the fourth Boundary of the aforesaid Lott Number seventy thence East with the Street
       seventy six feet thence North one Degree forty five Minutes West Twenty eight feet
       thence North Twenty eight Degrees thirty Minutes East five feet thence North twelve Degrees
       East one hundred and thirty five and an half Feet thence West Thirty feet thence South twelve
       Degrees West EIghteen feet thence West Twenty five and an half feet then to the beginning
       Together with the Brick Dwelling House and all other Houses Buildings Gardens Ways
       Waters Privileges Easements Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever on the same
       piece or parcel of Ground being to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
       And also all that other parcel of Ground being the other part of the said Lott of Ground
       Number seventy Beginning at the ^said^ Cedar Post in the Cutt of the Line of West Street
       and running West with the said Street Forty feet to the fourth Boundary of the aforesaid
       Lott Number seventy thence North Eighteen Degrees thirty Minutes East one hundred and
       seventy five feet thence East forty feet to the first above Described parcel of Ground
       thence with a Straight Line to the Beginning Together with all Houses Buildings
       Gardens Ways Waters Privileges Easements Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever
       on the same piece or parcel of Ground being to the same belonging or in any wise
       Appetaining  To have and to hold the said two pieces or Parcels of Ground and all
       and singular other the Premisses hereby bargained and Sold or meant mentioned or
       intended so to be to the aforesaid Reverdy Ghiselin his Heirs and Assigns to the only
       proper use and Behoof of the aforesaid Reverdy Ghiselin his Heirs and Assigns and
       to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  And the said Anthony Steuart
       for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant and
       grant to and with the aforesaid Reverdy Ghiselin his Heirs and Assigns that
       he the said Anthony Steuart shall and will at any Time or Times hereafter at
       the Reasonable Request Costs and Charges of the aforesaid Reverdy Ghiselin his
       Heirs or Assigns make do and Execute any such further Act Deed or Assurance as he
       shall be requested for the better and more Effectual conveying and Assuring the said
       Premisses to the aforesaid Reverdy Ghiselin his Heirs and Assigns so as such further
       Act Deed or Assurance contain no warranty or other Covenant than is herein contained
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set
       their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
