       Certainties and Discriptions as shall be apt and convenient in that Behalf to which writ or
       writs the said Orlando Griffith shall appear in his proper person or by his Attorney and
       shall and will vouch to warrant the premisses the said Joshua Griffith who shall also
       appear in his proper person or by his Attorney and shall and will vouch to warrant the
       Premisses the said Rebecca Brown who shall likewise ^appear^ in her proper person or by her
       Attorney and shall and will vouch to warrant the COmmon Vouchee and such further and
       other proceedings shall be had therein so that one or more good and perfect ^Common^ Recovery or
       Recoveries with treble Voucher shall or may be had perfected and executed in all Things
       According to the Usual Form of Common Recoveries with treble Voucher for
       Assurance of Lands in such case used and accustomed And it is here^by^ covenanted
       agreed and Declared by and between all the said Parties to these presents that
       such Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be suffered
       perfected and executed whereto the Parties to these Presents or any of them
       are or shall be parties of or concerning the premisses shall be and enure and
       shall be adju^d^ged construed deemed and taken to be enure and the said Orlando
       Griffith and his Heirs and all and every other Person and Persons who shall
       then or at any Time thereafter stand seized of the premises or any part thereof by
       Virtue of these presents or of the said Recovery or Recoveries shall so stand and
       be seized thereof and of every part thereof to the only Proper Use and Behoof of
       him the said Orlando Griffith his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no
       other use intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the parties to these
       presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals
       the Day and Year first above written                                          her

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit

       Reced on the Day and year first within written of and from the within named Orlando
       Griffith the sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration within mentioned to be
       by him paid to us We say received by                                             her

       On the 20.th day of September 1770 Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Provincial Justices the within Named Rebecca Brown Joshua Griffith Orlando Griffith
       and Thomas Johnson and did severally acknowledge the within Deed to be their
       respective Act and Deed and the two hundred and ten Acres of Land and Appurtenances
       within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Orlando Griffith his heirs and
       assigns forever according to the true Intent and meaning of the within Deed and the Act
       of Assembly in such Case made and provided            taken before
