122 whatsoever and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders of all and Singular the said Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments and Premisses hereby granted and of every part and parcel thereof and all Rents, Issues, Services and Profits to them or any of them or any part or parcel of them or any of them incident belonging or appertaining and all and every the Estate and Estates Rights Titles Claims and Demands whatsoever of them the said Elisha Dorsey and Sophia Talbot into or out of the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses and every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Lands Tenements and all other the premisses hereby granted bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended to be granted bargained and Sold and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Joshua Griffith his Heirs and Assigns forever And the said Elisha Dorsey and Sophia Talbot for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant & Grant to and with the said Joshua Griffith his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that they the said Elisha Dorsey and Sophia Talbot their Heirs Executors & Administrators shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter at and upon the reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges in Law of the said Joshua Griffith his Heirs and Assigns or some of them, make, do, levy, execute acknowledge Suffer or cause to be made, done, acknowledged executed and suffered, all such further and other reasonable Act and Acts Thing and Things Device and Devices Assurance and Assurances, Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever, for the better and more perfect Assurance Surety and Sure making and conveying, setling, Establishing and Confirmation of the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premises hereby granted or mentioned to be hereby granted, or any of them, and of every or any part and parcel thereof with all and Singular their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Joshua Griffith his Heirs and Assigns according to the true intent and meaning of these Presents, as he the said Joshua Griffith his Heirs or Assigns or any of them or by his, their, or any of their Councel learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required so as the said Assurance or further Assurances to be made or any of them do not or shall not contain any further Assurance or warrant than enjoying them only against the parties thereunto and their respective Heirs and touching Acts and Deeds done and suffered by them, And the said Elisha Dorsey and Sophia Talbot doth hereby grant for them and their Heirs, that they the said Elisha Dorsey and Sophia Talbot and their Heirs the Lands Tenements and premisses hereby granted or mentioned to be granted and every part and parcel thereof thereof with all and Singular their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said Joshua Griffith his Heirs and Assigns against them the said Elisha Dorsey and Sophia Talbot and their Heirs and all and every other person or persons whatsoever claiming any thing in the said Lands and Premisses by from or under them shall and will warrant and forever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first within written Elisha Dorsey (Seal) Signed Sealed & Delivered Tho.s Bond in Presents of Tho.s Talbott |
