       and Singular the aforesaid herein and hereby Granted and bargained Tract or
       Parcel of Land with the appurtenances and Every Part thereof unto him the
       said Sluyter Bouchell his Heirs and assigns forever to and for the sole and
       proper use benefit and behoof of him the said Sluyter Bouchell his Heirs
       and Assigns forever more and the aforesaid Joshua Vansant for himself
       his Heirs Executors and administrators do hereby Covenant bargain Grant
       and agree to and with the same Sluyter Bouchell his Heirs and Assigns in
       Manner following that is to say that the aforesaid hereby Granted and Bargained
       Tract or Parcel of Land and every part thereof now and at all times hereafter
       shall remain continue and be unto him the said Sluyter Bouchell his
       Heirs and Assigns Free and Clear Freely and Clearly acquited Exonerated and
       Discharged of and from all former and other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales
       Titles Troubles or Incumbrances whatsoever of him the said Joshua Vansant
       or any other Person or Persons and that he the same Joshua
       Vansant and his Heirs all and Singular the same Tract or parcel of Land
       with all and Singular the Premisses and appurtinances thereunto
       Belonging unto the same Sluyter Bouchell his Heirs and Assigns as
       well against him the same Joshua Vansant and his Heirs as against all and
       every other Person and Persons whatsoever haveing or Claiming any
       Estate Right Title Interest therein or in any Part thereof shall and will
       warrent and forever by these presents Defend         Provided allways and
       it is hereby Covenanted Granted Concluded and Mutually agreed by and
       between all the parties aforesaid to these presents and to be the true Intent
       and Meaning hereof That if the aforesaid Joshua Vansant his Heirs Executors
       or Administrators Do and shall well and truly pay or satisfie unto the
       aforesaid Sluyter Bouchell his Heirs Executors administrators or assigns
       the full and just Sum of one Thousand and two hundred pounds (of like
       Money abovesaid) on or before the second Day of November next Ensuing the
       Date of these presents with legal Interest for the same Then and in such
       Cases this present Deed of Bargain and Sale and every Clause Article Matter
       and Things herein Contained shall be Void and of no Effect any thing
       herein before Contained shall forever Cease and Determine to all Intents
       and Purposes whatsoever Notwithstanding In Witness whereof the parties
       aforesaid have hereunto Interchangably set their Hands and seals the
       Day and Year first above written
       Sealed and Delivered      The words and of no Effect any thing herein before
       In the presents of            Contained interlined before the Execution Hereof
