       within named Caleb Dorsey Henrietta Maria Dorsey & Alex.r Lawson
       their Heirs & assigns forever  And at the same time Jane the wife of
       the said W.m Woodward being privately examined out of the hearing
       of her said Husband Declared that she gave up all her Right of [illegible]
       to the Land and Premisses within mentioned unto Caleb Dorsey Henrietta
       Maria Dorsey and Alexander Lawson their heirs & assigns forever freely
       & willingly without being induced thereto by threats or fear of ill usage
       from her said Husband and according to the true intent and meaning
       of the same Deed & the act of assembly in such cases made and
       provided

Examined
       This Indenture made this thirty first Day of October one thousand
       Seven hundred and sixty five Between George Scott of Prince Georges
       County Sheriff of the one Part and John Breshears son of John of said
       county Planter of the other Part Whereas a Writ of fieri facias issued
       out of the Provincial Court directed to a certain Colmore Beans late
       sheriff of Prince Georges County commanding him that of the Lands
       and Tenements which wereof Samuel Breshears Senior late of Prince
       Georges County on the Eleventh Day of April seventeen hundred and
       thirty eight or at any Time since and of the Goods and Chattles of the said
       Samuel in his Bailiwick being he Should cause to be made the sum of
       two hundred Pounds Current lawfull money of the Province of Maryland
       and the same to render unto the Commissioners or Trustees for emitting
       Bills of Credit which writ was returnable to the second Tuesday of
       April seventeen hundred and fifty nine on which said second Tuesday
       of April the said Colmore Beans made return of the said writt that by
       virtue of the said writt he had made of the Lands and Tenements of the
       aforesaid Samuel at the Time of the said writt mentioned as p schedule
       thereunto annexed and that agreeable to an act of assembly made at
       September Session seventeen hundred and fifty five entituled an act
       directing the commissioners of the paper currency office & he [illegible]
       on the ninth day of the then next instant April expose the Lands
       and Tenements in the said schedule annexed to the highest Bidder and
       that there was no Purchaser thereof the Lands in which schedule [illegible]
       to wit a Parcell of Land being Part of the following Tracts viz Cuckolds
       Delight Part of Gleannings Leavings and Litchworth containing [illegible]
