       Loaf Mountain in the Province of Maryland aforesaid containing by
       Estimation about four hundred and thirty five Acres (to any person or persons
       who is are or shall be minded or Desirous to become Purchaser or
       Purchasers thereof at and for the most and best price or Consideration Money
       that can be gott or obtained for the same take and receive the said
       Consideration or Purchase Money and thereupon to sign seal duly Execute and
       Deliver any Deed or Deeds Indenture or Indentures of Conveyance Assignment
       or Assignments of the said Lands Houses Plantations or Estates any or
       either of them to such Person or Persons who shall or may become Purchaser or
       Purchasors thereof  And upon Recovery and Receipts to give one or more
       Acquittances or other Sufficient discharges in due form of Law But in Case
       of refusal or delay by all and every or any Person or Persons concerned
       to make and render just and true Payment and Satisfaction in the
       Premises him her them any or either of them thereunto to Compell by all
       lawfull ways and means whatsoever Also if need be to appear before
       all or any Lords Judges and Justices in any Court or Courts there to
       Answer defend and reply in all Matters and Causes touching or
       concerning the Premises to do say pursue implead Seize Sequester Attach
       Arrest Imprison and to Condemn and out of Prison again to Deliver
       And Generally in and concerning the Premises to do perform & Execute all
       and whatsoever shall be requisite and Necessary as fully amply and
       effectually to all intents constructions and Purposes as he the said Constituent
       might or could do if personally present with Power to Substitute one or
       more Attorneys under him with like or limitted power and the same again
       to revoke He the said William Black hereby Rattifying confirming and
       holding for good and Valid all and whatsoever the said Stephen West or
       his Substitute or Substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or
       about the Premises by Virtue of these Presents Thus done and passed in
       London aforesaid in the Presence of the Underwritten Witnesses

          At the foot of the aforegoing Power of Attorney was as follows Viz.t
      
       Maryland Prince Georges County November ye 1769 Then Came Jeremiah Belt one of
       the Subscribing Witnesses to the above Power of Attorney before us the Subscribers
       two of the Majestrates for Prince Georges County and made Oath that he saw
       William Black of London Merchant Sign Seale and Deliver the above Power
       of Attorney and that he this Deponent and John Coulson the other Subscribing
       Witness were Present at the time of his the said William Blacks Signing
       and Sealing the same and John Coulson Subscribed his Name also as ^a^ Witness
