       therein and thereunto To Have and to Hold all the said two Tracts
       or parcels of Land and Premises afores.d to Occupy Possess and Enjoy the
       same with all and Singular the Premises herein before mentioned or intended
       to be hereby granted bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and every part and parcel thereof unto him the said Nicholas
       Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns forever and to the only proper use
       and behoofe of him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs & Assigns
       forever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and
       the said Christion Cossell for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators
       Doth Covenant grant and Agree to and with him the said Nicholas
       Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents that the said
       Christion Cossell and his Heirs shall and will from time to time
       and at all times hereafter Warrant and Defend the aforesaid Land
       and Premises with the Appurtenances herein before granted
       bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed from & against
       all Manner of Person or Persons whatsoever Provided always and it
       is the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents that if the said
       Christion Cossell his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall well
       and truly pay unto the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns the said Sum of one Hundred and Thirty
       three Pounds six Shillings and eight pence Sterling Money of
       Great Britain or any other Sum or Sums of Money that shall be
       Advanced unto the said Christion Cossell by the said Nicholas
       Maccubbin at the Dwelling House of the said Nicholas
       Maccubbin in the City aforesaid with Legal Interest thereon that then
       these Presents shall be Void and of none Effect otherwise to be and
       remain in full force And the said Christion Cossell do by these Presents
       bind himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators to pay the said
       Money and the Interest Also the Cost of Drawing and recording the said     
       Mortgage In Witness whereof the said Christion Cossell hath
       hereunto set his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year
       first within Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered                                   his
