736 On the Twenty seventh Day of April Seventeen hundred and seventy Came the within named Christion Cossell before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court for Maryland and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the land and Premises therein bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed to be the Right Title and Estate of the within named Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent & meaning of the said Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided 11 Sides Recorded 27.th April 1770 taken before J Hepburn X.d Maryland to wit To all Persons to whom these Presents shall come I Silvanus Grove of the City of London Merchant send Greeting Whereas there is a Judgment for the Sum of Three Thousand eight hundred and eighty two Pounds Sterling Money and the Costs of Suit on Record in the Provincial Court of Maryland aforesaid against henry Ridgely of Ann Arundel County at the Suit of the same Silvanus Grove as by the Records of the same Court Doth at Large appear Now know ye that I the same Silvanus Grove for divers good Causes and Considerations me hereunto moving Have granted transferred assigned and set over and by these Presents do Clearly and absolutely grant transfer assign and set over unto Brice Thomas Beale Worthington of Ann Arundel County aforesaid Gentleman his Executors Administrators or Assigns as well the said Judgment for the Sum of Three thousand eight Hundred and eighty two Pounds Sterling Money aforesaid and the Costs of Suit as also all Benefit Profit Sum and Sums and Advantage whatsoever that now is or hereafter shall or may be obtained by reason or means of the same or of any Execution thereupon to be had sued Executed or obtained and all the Estate Right Title Interest and Demand whatsoever which the same Silvanus Grove now hath or ought to have or Claim of in or to the said Judgment or any Sum of Money Lands or Tenements Goods or Chattels which by Virtue thereof or of any Process or Execution thereupon to be sued is or which shall be recovered obtained or gotten And the same Silvanus Grove for himself his Executors and Administrators Doth Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the same Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Executors Administrators and Assigns by these Presents that the said Silvanus Grove his Executors and Administrators shall and will at all times hereafter on request made to the same Silvanus Grove his Executors or Administrators or his or their Attorney in fact Lawfully Authorized and Impowered and at the Costs and Charges of the same Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Executors Administrators and Assigns Maintain Justify allow and confirm all such Lawfull Actions Suits Process (Executions) |
