731 he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth release Acquit and Discharge the said Edward Hall his Heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns and every of them by these Presents Hath granted bargained sold remised and released and by these Presents Doth grant bargain Sell remise and release unto him the said Edward Hall his Heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns for ever All and Singular the Lands Goods and Chattels in the said Mortgage Conveyed or mentioned to be Conveyed to him the said Henry Ridgely with the Rights Members & Appurtenances to the same Lands belonging And all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Ridgely of in or to the said Mortgaged Premises To have and to Hold the said Lands with their Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said Edward Hall his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Edward Hall his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And to Have and to Hold the said mentioned Goods and Chattels to him the said Edward Hall his Executors Adm.rs and Assigns as his and their own proper Goods and Chattels In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of Rob.t Johnson Basil Burgess H Ridgely (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing Release was thus Endorsed Viz.t Nov.r 17.th 1769 Received on the Day and Year first within Written of and from the within named Edward Hall the sum of Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me Three hundred & thirteen Pounds ten Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Witness Rob.t Johnson Basil Burgess H Ridgely November 17.th 1769 Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundell County the within named Henry Ridgely and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes within mentioned according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided 5¼ sides Before R Ghiselin Rob.t Couden X.d This Indenture made this twenty seventh day of April in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred & seventy Between Richard Graham Junior of Baltimore County and Province of Maryland Farmer of the one part and Nicholas Maccubbin of the City of Annapolis in the Province aforesaid Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the said Richard Graham for and in Consideration of the Sum of one Hundred & Sixty six Pounds (thirteen) |
