       And by these Presents Doth grant bargain sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the
       said John Moore his Heirs and Assigns all them Several Tracts or Parcels of
       Lands and Lotts Buildings Fences and Improvements and Advantages whatsoever
       thereon or on any or either of them Erected or built Situate lying or being or to or with
       them or any or either of them used Occupied Enjoyed or belonging with their and
       every of their Appurtenances and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts of them several Tracts of Lands or
       Lotts hereafter mentioned that is to say one Tract or parcel of Land called
       Comegys farm Containing one hundred and thirty Acres lately the Property of
       Elizabeth Adair lying and being in Kent County one Piece or Parcel of Ground
       lying and being in Baltimore town in the County of Baltimore in the Province
       of Maryland being part of Two Lotts Numbered 59 and 60 with a Large Brick
       Messuage wherein the Late Robert Adair Esq.r Lived one other piece of parcel of
       Ground near Baltimore Town lying and being in the County aforesaid Called
       Coles Addition Containing Sixty seven Acres more or Less one other Tract or
       parcel of Land called Arabia Petra whereof John Dunn formerly Lived
       Containing Two hundred Acres as by a Deed of Conveyance from Jacob Giles and
       Isaac Webster to Robard Dunn may fully appear Lying and being in the
       County aforesaid one other Tract or parcel of Land called Maryes Delight
       lying and being in the County aforesaid and all other Lands in the Countyes
       aforesaid that was Conveyed to me by John Moore and Cassandra his Wife
       To have and to hold the aforesaid Parcels of Lands and all and Singular the
       said Premises with the Appurtenances hereby conveyed meant mentioned or
       Intended so to be unto the said John Moore his Heirs and Assigns to the
       only proper use and behoof the said John Moore his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever In Witness whereof the said George Moore hath hereunto set his
       hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above Written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received the day and Year within Written of the within Named John Moore the
       Sum of five hundred Pounds Current Money in full for the Consideration
       Money therein mentioned to be by him Paid

                      John Marray

       On the 18.th Day of April 1770 Came before me the Subscriber on of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the within Named George Moore & Acknowledged
       the within Deed to be his respective Act and Deed and that the within Named
       Premises were the Right and Estate of the within Named John Moore his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever to and for the Uses Intents & Purposes
       of the within Deed and According to the true Intent & meaning thereof
       and the Act of Assembly in that Case Provided
