716 in such Case used and accustomed And it is hereby further Covenanted concluded granted declared and fully agreed by and Between all the said Parties to these Presents that from and after the suffering and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries as well these Presents and the Assurance hereby made also the common Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had suffered and perfected shall be and enure and shall be Adjudged construed deemed and taken and are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of the said one undivided fourth part of the said Tract of Land called Brushy Neck and one undivided fourth part of the said Tract of Land called Poplar Hill hereby bargained and Sold and Premises with the Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof to and for the only proper use and Behoof of him the said William Jackson his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered J Rogers (seal) in the Presence of us William Jackson (seal) William Harwood his Mark Benjamin Ford Jeremiah I Evans (seal) On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Received on the day and year first within Written of and from the within Named William Jackson the sum of five shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me Witness William Harwood Benjamin Ford his Jeremiah I Evans Mark On the Sixteenth Day of April in the Year Seventeen Hundred and seventy Came the within Named John Rogers William Jackson and Jeremiah Evans before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and severally acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be their Respective Act and Deed to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes therein mentioned and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said William Evans his Heirs and Assigns for forever according to the true Intent & meaning of the same Writing and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided 12½ Sides Recorded 17.th April 1770 W.m Hayward X.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Seventeenth day of April in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred & seventy Between George Moore of Kent County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the first part and John Moore of the County and Province aforesaid Planter of the second part Witnesseth that the said George Moore for and in Consideration of the sum of five hundred Pounds Current Money to him in hand paid before the sealing and Delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath granted bargained sold Aliened & Confirmed (and) Vide Recd from Jn.o Moore & wife to George Moore page 718 should have been recorded before this Deed of George Moore to Jn.o Moore Test R Ghiselin Clk |
