       of the said Land and Premises hereby granted bargained sold Aliened enfeoffed
       and confirmed and of every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate Right
       Title Interest property Claim and demand whatsoever Both in Law & Equity
       of the said George Becraft therein and thereunto To Have and to Hold
       all the aforesaid Tract or parcel of Land Except what is sold as aforesaid
       and Premises to Occupy Possess and Enjoy the same with all and Singular the
       Premises herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted Bargained Sold
       Aliened Enfeoff and Confirmed and every part and parcel thereof unto him
       the same Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns forever and to the
       only proper use and behoofe of him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs
       and Assigns forever and to and for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever
       and the said George Becraft for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators
       Doth Covenant grant and Agree to and with him the said Nicholas
       Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents that the said George
       Becraft and his Heirs shall and will from time to Time and at all Times
       hereafter warrant and Defend all the aforesaid Tract or parcel of Land and
       Premises with the Appurtenances Except what is sold as aforesaid herein
       before granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed from and
       against all Manner of person or persons whatsoever Provided always and
       it is the True Intent and Meaning of these Presents that if the said
       George Becraft his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall well & truly
       pay unto the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Executors Administrators or
       Assigns the said Sum of one Hundred and thirty three Pounds Six
       Shillings and eight pence Sterling Money of Great Britain or any other
       Sum or Sums of Money that shall be Advanced unto the said George
       Becraft by the said Nicholas Maccubbin at the Dwelling House of the
       said Nicholas Maccubbin in the City aforesaid with legal Interest thereon
       that then these Presents shall be void and of none Effect otherwise to be
       and remain in full force and the said George Becraft do by these
       Presents bind himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators to pay
       the said Money and the Intent accordingly also the Cost of Drawing
       and recording the said Mortgage In Witness whereof the said George
       Becraft hath hereunto set his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and
       Year first above Written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Mortgage was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received the day and Year within mentioned of the within Named Nicholas
       Maccubbin the within Sum of one Hundred and thirty three Pounds
       six shillings and eight pence sterling Money of Great Britain it
       being the Consideration Money within mentioned As Witness my
