       Samuel Owings Jun.r doth hereby acknowledge and himselfe to be therewith
       fully Sattisfied Contented and Paid Hath given granted Bargained Sold
       Aliend Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth given grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said John Wetty his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever all that part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called
       the Resurvey on Owings Chance lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid
       wich is Contained within the following Metes and Bounds Courses and
       Distances Viz.t Begining for the part hereby Bargained and Sold at the End
       of the first Line of a Tract of land called Land Stool and runing thence
       North Sixty two East Fifty Perches North fifty four East Six Perches South
       five East Eighty eight Perches South Seventy nine West Sixty four Perches
       South fifty eight West Ninety four Perches South Twenty one West Forty
       Perches South sixty four West fifty two Perches North seven West Seventy six
       Perches North fourteen East ^Twenty^ Nine Perches then by a Direct Line to the
       Begining Containing one hundred and ten Acres of Land Together with all
       Rights Profits Benefits Priviledges and Advantages Premises & Appurtenances
       to the said Bargained Parcel of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining
       To Have and to Hold the said Bargained Parcel of Land with the Premises
       and Appurtenances unto him the said John Wetty his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to his and their only proper Use and Behoofe and the said
       Samuel Owings Jun.r for himselfe and his Heirs doth hereby Covenant and
       grant Promise and Agree to and with the said John Wetty his Heirs and
       Assigns that he the said Samuel Owings Jun.r and his Heirs shall and
       will Warrant and Defend the said Bargained Parcel of Land with the
       Premises and Appurtenances unto him the said John Wetty his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever against all and all Manner of Person or Persons
       lawfully Claiming or hereafter lawfully to Claim by from or under him
       the said Samuel Owings Jun.r or his Heirs or by there Means or Procurement
       In Witness wereof the said Samuel Owings Jun.r hath hereunto set his
       Hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year above Written
       Sign'd Sealed & Delivered      W.m Hardy
       In Presence of us

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

           Aprill 2.d 1770 Received of the within mentioned John Wetty fourty one
       Pounds Currant Money being the Consideration Money mentioned in the
       within Deed as Witness my hand
       Test W.m Hardy                                                      Sam.l Owings Jun.r

       On the 2.d Day of Aprill 1770  Came the within Named Samuel Owings Jun.r
       before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provintial Court
       and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and the Parcel of Land
       thereby Bargained and sold to be the Right and Title of the within
       Named John Wetty his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the
       True Intent & meaning of said Deed as Witness      Geo Steuart

       Baltimore County fs.t   On the 5.th April 1770  Then Came Deborah Owings
       wife of the said Samuel Owings Jun.r before the Subscribers two of
       his Lordships Justices for said County who being privatly Examined
       out of the Hearing of her said Husband and Declard she
