       This Indenture made this sixth day of April Anno Domini one Thousand
       seven hundred and seventy  Between Thomas Hyde of the City of Annapolis
       Merchant of the one part and Jonathan Pinkney of the same City Gentleman
       of the other part Whereas Henry Wright of Talbot County in the Province of
       Maryland Silver smith by his Deed of Mortgage bearing date on the
       second day of December in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and
       sixty seven did bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the
       above named Thomas Hyde  All that undivided Moiety or the said
       Henry Wrights half part of a certain undivided Tract or Tracts Parcel of
       Parcels of Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County in the Province
       of Maryland aforesaid situated lying and being on the North side of
       severn River and whereon Benjamin Wright deceased Father to the
       said Henry Wright did formerly dwell upon Condition that if the said
       Henry Wright his Heirs Executors or Administrators or either of them do
       and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Thomas
       Hyde his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns on or before the first
       day of December next ensuing the date thereof the just and full Sum of
       Seventy Pounds four Shillings and seven pence Current Money with
       Legal Interest arising thereon then that Deed of Mortgage to be utterly
       void  And Whereas also the said Henry Wright by his Deed or
       Instrument of Writing bearing Date the first day of December one Thousand
       seven hundred and Sixty nine did grant Bargain and Sell unto the said
       Jonathan Pinkney and his Heirs all his undivided Moiety of the
       Several Tracts or Parcels of Land following Viz.t Greenbury, Range
       Bakers Range Askerton and Lunns Addition lying and being in
       Ann Arundel County and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues & Profits thereof and all his Right and
       Title thereto and his Equity of Redemption thereof Now This Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said Thomas Hyde for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of Eighty Pounds one Shilling and three pence Current Money to him
       in hand paid by the said Jonathan Pinkney before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof he the said Thomas Hyde
       doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom acquit & discharge
       the said Jonathan Pinkney his Heirs Executors Administrators and
       Assigns hath granted remised and released and by these Presents
       he the said Thomas Hyde for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns doth grant remise release and for ever quit Claim unto
       the said Jonathan Pinkney his Heirs and Assigns all his Right
       Estate Claim use Possession Reversion Remainder and Demand whatsoever
       which he ever had now hath of in or to all that undivided Moiety or the
       said Henry Wright his half part of a certain undivided Tract or Tracts
       Parcel of Parcels of Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County in  
       the Province of Maryland aforesaid and situated lying and being
       on the North side of Severn River and whereon Benjamin Wright
       Deceased Father of the said Henry Wright formerly dwelt And also
       all and all Manner of Actions Suits Debts and Demands
