679 whatsoever which he the said Thomas Hyde heretofore had now hath or hereafter shall or may have against the said Henry Wright his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or any of Them for or by reason of the Date of Mortgage first above recited or any Covenant Article or Agreement in the same Contained In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered in Presence of Tho.s Hyde (seal) Tho.s Ijams W.m Jacob Jon.a Pinkney (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing Release was thus Endorsed Viz.t April 6.th 1770 Then received of Jonathan Pinkney the Sum of Eighty Pounds one Shilling and three pence Current Money being the Consideration within mentioned Witness Tho.s Goldsmith Tho.s Hyde 7½ sides Recorded 6.th April 1770 x.d Sir Annapolis Septem 23.d 1768 I Desire you would let Jonathan Pinkney have an Assignment or Conveyance of my Mortgage to you at any Time when he pays you the Consideration Money and Interest thereon And that you will not let any other Person have it To M.r Thomas Hyde I am Sir in Annapolis Your Mo.t hum.l Servant Henry Wright x.d This Indenture made this first day of December one Thousand seven hundred and sixty nine Between Henry Wright Late of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the one part and Jonathan Pinkney of the City of Annapolis Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry Wright for and in Consideration of the Sum of Three Hundred Pounds Current Money to him in hand by the said Jonathan Pinkney hath granted bargained and sold and by these Presents doth grant bargain and sell unto him the said Jonathan Pinkney and his Heirs all his undivided Moiety of the Several Tracts or parcels of Land following Viz.t Greenbury Range Bakers Range Askerton and Lunns Addition lying and being in Ann Arundel County and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and all his Right and Title thereto and his Equity of Redemption thereof and all his Interest Claim property or Demand to the said Lands or any part or parcel thereof in Law or Equity To Have and to Hold the said Premises with their respective Appurtenances unto him the said Jonathan Pinkney his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for the use of the said Jonathan Pinkney and his Heirs and to and for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Henry Wright doth hereby Covenant and Agree that he will at all Times hereafter at the request of the said Jonathan Pinkney or his Heirs Execute any further Conveyance for the more perfect Transferring of the undivided Moiety and the Right and Title of Redemption to the Lands aforesaid In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have interchangeably set their hands & Seals the day and Year above Written Henry Wright (Seal) Signed Sealed and Delivered in Presence of The words "and his Heirs" being first interlined Jon.a Pinkney (seal) Jos Howard Rob.t Pinkney |
