670 called Charles and William divised and Conveyed as aforesaid Containing one Hundred and twenty four Acres be the same more or Less clear of Elders Surveys as also all that part of a Tract of Land called Benjamin Begining at the Begining Tree of said Benjamin and Runing thence South fifty two degrees West Six perches South Thirty two degrees East two hundred & thirty Perches South Thirty three degrees West Ninety Perches South East eighty five Perches North seventy two degrees East one Hundred and twenty Perches North twenty seven degrees West one Hundred and Seventy four Perches North fifty nine degrees West one hundred and twenty five Perches then to the Begining Containing one hundred and thirty nine Acres more or Less together with all and Singular the Buildings Appurtenances & Advantages To Have and to Hold the said parcels of Lands and Premises with the said Appurtenances and Advantages unto the said Jeremiah Beall his Heirs and Assigns forever and to him and their only proper use & Behoof and the said Samuel Beall Jun.r for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators doth by these Presents Covenant grant and Agree to and with the said Jeremiah Beall his Heirs and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say the said Jeremiah Beall for ever shall and may quietly and Peaceably have hold Possess and Enjoy the aforesaid Parcels of Land free and Clear freely and Clearly acquited and Discharged from all Claiming from by or under him the said Samuel Beall Except the Rents which shall become due unto the Lord Proprietor and further the aforesaid Parcels of Lands as aforesaid to Lay within the Bounds and Lines above mentioned and hereby Bargained and sold or hereby Intended to be Bargained and Sold does Contain Two hundred and Sixty three Acres of Land more or Less and that the said Samuel Beall his Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforesaid Two hundred and sixty three Acres of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances unto him the said Jeremiah Beall his Heirs and Assigns for ever shall and will Warrant and Defend from all Persons whatsoever claiming from by or under him the said Samuel Beall his Heirs and Assigns and Lastly the said Samuel Beall shall and will at any Time hereafter make Execute and Acknowledge any other Deed or Writing for the more sure making over and Confirming the aforesaid Two Hundred and sixty three Acres of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances unto the said Jeremiah Beall his Heirs and Assigns such as by him or by the person for the time being Claiming under him shall be required provided the same do not Extend or be Construed to Extend further then a Special Warranty in Witness whereof the said Samuel Beall hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the day and Year first within Written Memorandum the following the Erasements were first made before Executing Viz.t the word (by) in the Ninth Line and the word (fifty) in fifty eight Line Sign'd Seal'd and Delivered Sam.l Beall Jun.r (Seal) in Presence of Ar.t Charlton Tho Price |
