652 Piece or Parcel of Ground being also Parcel of the Land so as aforesaid Laid out by the said Edward Fell into Lots and is distinguished in the Plot of the said Ground so laid out by the Number Seventy six Beginning at a stake standing at the Corner of Lot Number Seventy five on George Street and runing and bounding on George Street sixty feet to Ann Street then runing and bounding on Ann Street to the Water then runing and bounding on the Water to Lot Number Seventy five then runing and bounding on Lot Number Seventy five to the place of Beginning one Quarter of an Acre more or less to hold the said demised premises unto the said Robert Long for the term of Ninety Nine Years under the Yearly rent of three Pounds Sterling Money with Covenants in the same Lease for the renewment thereof forever As by the said Indentures of Release relation being thereto had may more fully and at Large Appear Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Robert Long for and in Consideration of the sum of five hundred Pounds Sterling to him in hand Paid by the said Sarah Brice the receit whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath granted assigned transferred and Set over and by these Presents Doth grant Assign transferr and set over unto the said Sarah Brice as well the said recited Indentures of Lease and all the Pieces Parcels and Lots of Ground thereby Letten and Demised or mentioned or Intended to be let and Demised and every Part thereof with the Appurtenances and Also all Messuages or Tenements thereupon now Standing erected and built and also all Erections Wharfs and Buildings in and upon the said Lots of Ground or either of them or any Part of either of them with their and every of their rights Members and Appurtenances and all the estate right Title interest use trust Property Profit Benefit Advantage Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Robert Long of in or to the same or any Part thereof together with the said recited Indentures of Lease To have and to hold the said recited Indentures of Lease and the said Lots and Parcells of Ground thereby Demised and the Messuages or Tenements thereupon Erected and built and all and Singular other the Premises herein before mentioned or intended to be thereby Granted and Assigned and every Part thereof with their and every of their rights Members and Appurtenances into the said Sarah Brice her Executors Administrators and Administrators the Day of the Date of the Presents for and during all the rest and Residue of the said Term of Ninety nine Years by the said Recited Indentures of Lease yet to come and unexpired Provided always and upon Condition Nevertheless that if the said Robert Long his Executors or Administrators do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Sarah Brice her Executors Administrators or Assigns the full and Just Sum of Five hundred Pounds Sterling Money with Legal interest for the same together with the Charge of Recording this Mortgage at or upon the first Day of March Seventeen hundred and Seventy one without any Destruction or Abatement for the same (that) |
