       Them in hand paid by the same Anthony Steuart at or before the Sealing and
       delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge Have
       Granted Bargained and sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by
       these Presents do grant bargain and sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto
       him the same Anthony Steuart his Heirs and Assigns all that the aforesaid
       Tract of Land called Dinah's Good Will containing Three Hundred & fourteen
       Acres of Land more or Less lying in Frederick County aforesaid together with
       all & singular the Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Woods Underwoods
       Waters Water Courses Profits Priviledges Advatages and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the same belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and
       of every part thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust
       Property claim and demand whatsoever of them the same Nicholas Maccubbin
       and James Dick of into or out of the aforesaid Tract of Land Last mentioned
       and every part and parcel thereof To Have and to Hold the same Last
       aforesaid Tract of Land and every part thereof and all and Singular the
       Premisses with the Rights Members and Appurtenances to the same Anthony
       Steuart his Heirs and Assigns to and for the only proper use of the same
       Anthony Steuart his Heirs and Assigns to and for the only proper use of the same
       Anthony Steuart his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use
       Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto interchangeably put their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day
       and Year first above Written

       nine Came before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Provincial Court
       the within Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick and jointly and Severally
       Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be their Act and Deed
       to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes therein particularly specified and
       the Lands and Premisses therein conveyed to be the Right and Estate of the
       same Anthony Steuart his Heirs & Assigns forever according to the True
