646 John Wilmot was justly and truly indebted to the same Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick and the Several Persons therein to wit John Hall James Dick and Thomas Richardson Nathan Hammond Richard Maccubbin and Samuel Galloway sundry Sums of Money in Virtue of Judgments obtained by them in the Provincial and County Courts against him the same John Wilmot as by the said Several Judgments (reference being thereto had) might more fully and at Large appear it was Witnessed that the said John Wilmot as by the Payment of the said Several Debts and Sums of Money to the said Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick John Hall James Dick and Thomas Richardson Nathan Hammond Richard Maccubbin and Samuel Galloway with Interest thereon accruing and Costs of Suit every one to be paid according to the Priority of their Judgments and in Consideration of Five Shillings Sterling Money by them the same Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick to the said John Wilmot in Hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of the said Indenture the receipt whereof he did thereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom did release acquit and discharge the same Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of Them by the said Indenture had given granted bargained Sold Aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and thereby did give Grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto them the same Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick their Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract of Land called Dinah's Fancy containing Two Hundred and fifteen Acres of Land more or Less lying and being in Frederick County also that other Tract of Land called Dinah's Good Will containing Three Hundred and fourteen Acres of Land more or Less also lying and Frederick County and also that other Tract or Tracts of Land called Snowdens Reputation Supported which was conveyed by Richard Snowden to John Wilmot deceased on or about the Twenty first day of February seventeen Hundred and fifty five for One Hundred and Twenty four and a half Acres more or Less also part the aforesaid Tract which was conveyed to him the same John Wilmot on or about the Thirtieth of November Seventeen Hundred and fifty seven containing Five and Three Quarters Acres the whole being one Hundred and Thirty Acres and one Quarter of an Acre of Land more or Less being and Lying and the Head of South River in Ann Arundel County together with all Houses Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Woods Underwoods Waters Water Courses Profits Priviledges Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tracts or parcels of Land and each of Them belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits of the same Tracts or Parcels of Land and each of Them and every part and parcel thereof and all the (Estate) |
