       Recoveries with Double Voucher for Assurance of Lands in such Case used &
       accustomed shall and may be had perfected and executed And it is hereby
       further Covenanted, concluded, granted, declared and fully Agreed by and
       between all the said Parties to these Presents that from and after the suffering
       and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries as well these Presents and the
       Assurance hereby made as also the Common Recovery or recoveries so as afsd
       or in any other manner to be had suffered and Perfected shall be and enure
       and shall be adjudged construed, deemed and taken and are and were
       meant & intended and are hereby declared to be and enure that the Recoveror
       or Recoverors in the same recovery or recoveries named or to be named and
       he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be Seised of the
       Tracts and Parcells of Lands aforesaid and each of them and every part and
       Parcell thereof and all and Singular the Premisses to and for the only proper
       use and behoof of him the said Edward Tilghman his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the same
       Henry McLachlan doth hereby covenant promise grant & Agree for him and
       his Heirs to and with the same Edward Tilghman and his Heirs that he
       the same Henry McLachlan and his Heirs the Tracts or Parcells of Land
       aforesaid and all and Singular the Premisses hereby bargained sold and
       Conveyed or mentioned so to be and every part and parcel thereof with all and
       Singular their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto
       the same Edward Tilghman his Heirs and Assigns against him the same
       Henry McLachlan and his Heirs and against all and every other Person and
       Persons whatsoever claiming or pretending to claim any thin gin the Premisses
       or any part thereof by from or under him or them shall and will Warrant and
       for ever defend by these Presents And the same Henry McLachlan for himself
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators and for every of them doth further
       Covenant and grant to and with the same Edward Tilghman his Heirs
       and Assigns and to and with every of them by these Presents that he the
       same Henry McLachlan and his Heirs shall and will from Time to Time
       and at all times hereafter at and upon the reasonable request and at the
       Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Edward Tilghman his Heirs and
       Assigns or some of them make do Levy, execute Acknowledge & Suffer or
       cause to be made done acknowledged executed and Suffered all & every
       such further and other reasonable Act and Acts Thing and Things Devise
       and Devises, Assurance and Assurances Conveyance and Conveyances
       in the Law whatever for the better & more perfect Assurance Surety and
       sure making and conveying Settling Establishing or confirming of the same
       Tracts or Parcells of land and Premisses hereby granted & Conveyed
       or mentioned or intended to be hereby granted & conveyed or of any of them
       and of every or any part or parcell thereof with all & Singular their and
       every of their Appurtenances unto the same Edward Tilghman his Heirs
       and Assigns according to the True Intent & meaning of these Presents
