       to settle and Adjust all accounts with them relating thereto  And to Demand Levy recover
       and receive off and from the person or persons foresaid and all others concerned and
       Liable and their Heirs Executors Administrators and other representatives the Amounts or
       Ballances that may arise due to me upon such accounting or the amounts and
       Ballances that may be truly due to me by them and all and Sundry Goods Wares
       Merchandizes, Chattels, debts Sums and Effects whatever owing and belonging or
       that may or shall in any Time coming by owing or belonging to me in the Hands of
       Whatever person or persons upon whatever Account cause or Occasion  And upon
       Payment and Delivery of all or any part to grant one or more Accquittances and
       Discharges requisite, But in case of the Refusal or delay of all or any of the Person or
       Persons aforesaid to render just & true Account reckoning & Payment in the Premisses
       them him or them to sue implead Arrest Sequester Attach Seize and Imprison for
       which Purpose To appear before all or any Lords, Justices or other Judges or Courts
       Competent & there to Claim Answer Defend reply & Appeal in all Matters concerning
       the Premises and upon such Suits to Obtain and Proceed to Judgment & all
       manner of Legal Execution against their Lands Hereditaments Goods Chattels and other
       Estates means and Effects and against their Persons by imprisonment untill Payment
       and Delivery be made with all Costs and damages due and upon Payment and
       Delivery again out of Prison to Release, Acquittances and Discharges necessary to
       Grant Compound also and Agree thereanent by Arbitration or otherways as my said
       Attorney shall think proper and Generally every such Act & Acts Device and
       Decices of the Law whatsoever to do Execute & Perform in the Whole of the above
       Premisses as freely and amply in every respect and to all Intents & Purposes as
       I might or could do myself if Personally Present with Power also to my said Attorney
       to Substitute one or more Attornies under him with the same or more Limited powers
       or Commissions Granted by me to any person or Persons for Acting for me in the above
       Matters & Constituting the said Thomas Lawson my sole and only Attorney for that
       Purpose Hereby Obliging me to ratify all & whatsoever my said Attorney or
       others to be Substituted by him shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done in the
       Execution of the Premises Declaring that my said Attorney or others to be
       Substituted by him shall be accountable to me for all their Actual Intromissions
       in Consequence hereof  In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and
       Seale at and within the City of Glasgow in that part of Great Britain called
       Scotland the Twentieth day of July one Thousand seven hundred & sixty seven
       Years and of the Reign of our Sovereign George the Third by the Grace of
       God King of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender of the Faith, the
       Seventh Year
