       Tishimon Originally Granted to Contain Fifty Acres more or Less and one other
       Tract of Land called Huckilah Originally granted to Contain Three Hundred
       Acres of Land all which Tracts of Land are Situate lying and being on the
       Northmost side of Monokin river in the County of Somerset in the said
       Colony of Maryland or all or any part of the said three Tracts of Land which
       Originally belonging to the said Colonel David Brown and afterwards to the said
       Deceast Alexander Brown his son and afterwards to the said Deceast Thomas
       Brown my Confine or to others my Predecessors As also vesting my said
       Attorney with my full Power for me and in my Name and to my behoof to
       Pursue power Measures for Establishing in my person or his person for my
       behoof All & Sundry Lands Hereditaments Estates and Effects in the said
       County of Maryland or elsewhere in North America, belonging falling
       Descending or Accressining to me proprio Nomine or as Heir at Law or
       Executor or Administrator or to whatsoever person or persons or by Virtue of any
       Deed or Deeds Executed or Devised by any Person or Persons or any other
       manner of way For which Purposes to appear before all or any Judge or
       Judges Competent in this Behalf To pray and procure Letters of Administration
       of all said Premisses and to do or Cause to be done every thing requisite
       for avouching cognoseing & ascertaining my Right and Title to and fully
       Vesting me in the Premisses and I impower my said Attorney for me and in my
       Name and to my use and behoof To Demand Levy recover receive sue for
       Discharge or Assign the Rents & Duties or Tack or LEase money resting and
       owing or that shall be resting and owing by the Tenants or Possessors of the said
       Subjects   And to sell and dispose of the whole of the said Lands Plantations
       Estates Goods and Effects which shall be found to Pertain & belong to me
       Together with the whole Appurtenances thereof    And that either by Publick
       Vendue or Auction or by private Bargain & transaction as my said Attorney
       shall think Expedient and most conducive to my Interest  And that for
       such Price or Prices as my said Attorney can Obtain, and to take proper
       Securities for the said price or prices either in my Name or in his own Name
       for my behoof and to Discharge the same when paid, and for me and in my
       Name to Sign Seale & Deliver to the Purchaser or Purchasers of the said
       Subjects all and every Deed or Deeds of Vendition and Alienation for
       Effectually divesting me of the Purchaser or Purchasers & that either in
       Consequence of Sales and Transactions made by my said Attorney or in
       Consequence of Sales or Agreements made formerly by others impowered
       by me in my Name As also I vest my said Attorney with power for me
       & in my Name and to my behoof to manage Negotiate & Transact all and
       Sundry my Affairs & Business in Maryland or other British Colonies in
       North America of whatever Nature or extent and to call and bring to
       Account all and every person or Persons my Debtors or havers of my
       Effects Residing in Maryland or other British Colonies aforesaid and
